Terms & Conditions — The Soft Motherhood Series

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Polly Bloom-Grace (“we”, “us”, “our”), including titles in the Soft Motherhood Series and available bundles. By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Access
All products are digital downloads, including PDF and/or linked digital files. No physical item is shipped.
Following successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased product(s) by email and/or through the platform’s delivery system.
2. Personal-Use Licence
When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Resell, redistribute, share or forward the file(s) to another person.
Upload the content to public platforms, file-sharing sites or groups.
Claim authorship of the content.
Use the content to create a derivative product for sale.
We retain all ownership and copyright in our products. This licence may be revoked if these Terms are breached.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£). The price you pay is the price displayed and confirmed at checkout. We may change prices or promotional offers at any time, but this will not affect a completed purchase.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed, except in the following limited circumstances:
Technical failure: the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or the download link does not work, and we are unable to resolve the issue after you contact us.
Duplicate purchase: you were accidentally charged twice for the same product in a single transaction.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
To request help under these exceptions, contact pollybloomgrace@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, explaining the issue.
If you are a UK or EU customer, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation right for a digital-content purchase. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you may lose this cancellation right once supply begins, where applicable by law.
5. Educational Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice
All Soft Motherhood Series content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, fitness, psychological or professional advice, and does not create a doctor-patient or other professional relationship.
Our products do not guarantee any outcome, including conception, pregnancy, birth, fitness, nutrition or postpartum recovery outcomes.
Always consult a qualified doctor, midwife or other appropriate healthcare professional before making decisions about fertility, pregnancy, nutrition, exercise, birth or postpartum care, and before beginning or changing any routine described in our products.
In an emergency, or if you have concerning symptoms, seek prompt medical advice from an appropriate healthcare professional or service.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, design, illustrations and other content in our products are the intellectual property of Polly Bloom-Grace and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Our total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of the country where you live.
