Interview Preparation Bundle

$350

You’ve done the work. The problem is saying it.

You know you can do the job. You’ve handled difficult people, fixed things that were broken and delivered when it mattered. But in the interview, when they say “Tell me about a time you...”, one of three things happens:

  • Your mind goes blank and you grab the first example that comes to you, even if it’s not your best one.

  • You talk about what your team achieved and struggle to say what you did.

  • You describe your job, and it comes out as a list of tasks rather than the difference you made.

You leave knowing you had better examples. You just couldn’t get to them in the moment.

Why this costs you the job

Interviewers can only score what you tell them. They’re listening for evidence: the situation, what you personally did, and what changed because of it. If your part isn’t clear, they can’t give you credit for it, however good you are.

That’s why strong candidates lose out to people who simply explain themselves better. The answers have to be built before the interview, not made up during it, and then tested before it counts.

Two steps, one bundle

  1. Your questions and answers. I work out the questions you’re most likely to be asked and shape strong answers from your own experience.

  2. Your mock interview. One hour on a video call with me as the hiring manager, using those questions. You get straight feedback on what’s landing and what isn’t, while there’s still time to fix it.

You build your answers, then you find out how they hold up.

What you get

  • The questions you’re most likely to be asked, worked out from the job description and your CV/Resume

  • Strong answers shaped from your own experience

  • A clear structure for every answer: the situation, what you did and the result, so the interviewer can score it

  • One hour on a video call with me as the hiring manager, using those questions

  • Straight feedback on what’s landing and what isn’t

Bought separately, the two come to $400. The bundle is $350.

How it works

  1. Buy the Interview Preparation Bundle.

  2. Reply to the confirmation email with the job description, your CV/Resume, any examples you want included, your interview date, your time zone and a few times that suit you for the call, in your local time.

  3. I work out your likely questions and write your answers, and send them to you by email.

  4. I confirm a time for your mock interview and send you the link.

  5. We run the mock interview using those questions, and I give you straight feedback.

  6. Use the feedback to practice out loud, so you walk into the real interview with the gaps already closed.

Who it’s for

  • You have an interview coming up, or a role you’re about to apply for

  • You know your experience is good, but you struggle to explain it under pressure

  • You want to test your answers before the real thing, not after

  • You want honest, constructive feedback on how to improve

It isn’t for you if you want someone to make up experience you don’t have. Every answer is built from what you’ve actually done.

Why me

I’ve spent 28 years in operational leadership, hiring people along the way. I’ve sat on the interviewer’s side of the table, listening for the evidence that tells me whether someone can do the job. I write your answers so that evidence is easy to hear, then I interview you the way a hiring manager would.

FAQ

Do I need an interview booked?
No. It helps to have a real role in mind, but a job advert you’re aiming for works too.

Will the answers sound scripted?
They’re written in plain language from your own examples. You practice the structure, not a script, so it still sounds like you.

What if I can’t think of good examples?
Send me what you can. A lot of people have better examples than they think. They just haven’t been asked the right questions.

Will the mock interview feel like a real one?
As close as I can make it, and that can feel uncomfortable, just like the real thing. My approach is supportive: you’re treated with respect, and you get the honest truth about what to improve and how to do it.

Is it just me and you?
Yes.
