By accessing our content, completing a purchase, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the Profit In Peace CEO brand, including the "What If..." Series and all associated content.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website, enrolling in a program, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not access this site or make a purchase.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Profit In Peace CEO. Your use of our services confirms your acceptance.
2. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Profit In Peace CEO maintains a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy on all products and services — without exception. This includes PDFs, Workbooks, Workshops, Memberships, Group Coaching, and 1:1 Coaching sessions.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the offering and understand that no refunds will be issued. This policy exists because:
• Digital products (PDFs, workbooks, workshop materials) are delivered and accessible immediately upon payment.
• Coaching sessions and memberships involve the reservation of time, resources, and access that cannot be returned.
• Immediate access to any program or content constitutes fulfillment of the Company's commitment to you.
The only exception to this policy is a verified duplicate charge resulting from a clear technical or human error. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, contact us immediately at profitinpeaceceo@gmail.com. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded upon confirmation.
IMPORTANT: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any purchase not covered by the duplicate charge exception above will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your access to all Profit In Peace CEO programs, content, and services. This action is non-reversible.
3. Digital Products — PDFs, Workbooks & Workshops
Profit In Peace CEO offers downloadable and/or digital products including PDFs, guided workbooks, and workshop materials as part of the "What If..." Series and related offerings.
Upon completing your purchase:
• You will receive immediate access to your digital product(s) via the delivery method stated at checkout.
• Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or repurpose any content for commercial use.
• You may not share your access, login credentials, or downloaded files with others.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact profitinpeaceceo@gmail.com. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund; we will work to resolve your access promptly.
4. Workshops
Workshops may be offered as live virtual events or on-demand recordings. By registering for a workshop:
• You understand that your registration fee is non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
• If a live workshop is rescheduled by the Company, you will be notified and offered access to the new date or the recorded replay.
• Recordings of live workshops, when provided, are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
• The Company reserves the right to modify workshop content, format, or delivery method at its discretion.
5. Membership
Profit In Peace CEO offers a membership program that provides ongoing access to content, community, and resources designed to support your personal growth and transformation journey.
By enrolling in a membership:
• You authorize recurring billing at the stated membership rate on your billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected).
• Your membership will auto-renew unless you cancel before your next billing date.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to profitinpeaceceo@gmail.com before your renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellations do not generate refunds for the current billing period.
• Access to membership content and community will remain active through the end of your paid billing period.
• The Company reserves the right to modify membership pricing, content, or benefits with reasonable notice.
All membership content — including posts, resources, trainings, and community discussions — is the intellectual property of Profit In Peace CEO and may not be copied, screenshotted, shared publicly, or repurposed without written permission.
6. Group Coaching
Group coaching is offered as a shared learning and growth experience facilitated by Profit In Peace CEO, LLC. Participants engage in a structured program with defined sessions, content, and community access.
By enrolling in Group Coaching:
• You understand your investment is non-refundable once enrolled, regardless of participation level.
• Sessions are scheduled in advance. If you miss a session, a replay (if recorded) may be provided at the Company's discretion — missed sessions are not rescheduled individually.
• Group coaching content, recordings, and materials are for enrolled participants only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.
• You agree to engage respectfully and constructively. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who creates a disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful environment — without refund.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust session dates, formats, or content as needed with reasonable notice.
7. 1:1 Private Coaching
Private one-on-one coaching is a personalized experience offered through Profit In Peace CEO, LLC, designed to support your individual goals and vision. By purchasing a 1:1 coaching package or session:
• All coaching investments are non-refundable. Your purchase reserves dedicated time and personalized preparation on your behalf.
• You are responsible for scheduling your session(s) using the provided booking link or system within the timeframe specified at purchase. Unused sessions that expire due to inaction on the client's part are forfeited without refund.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance by emailing profitinpeaceceo@gmail.com with the subject: SESSION CANCELLATION – [Your Name] – [Date & Time].
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session. It will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Sessions are conducted virtually via the platform agreed upon at booking. You are responsible for having a working internet connection and device.
• Coaching sessions may not be recorded by the client without prior written consent from the Company.
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused relationship. Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your individual commitment, action, and circumstances. See the Results Disclaimer section below.
8. Community Standards & Conduct
Profit In Peace CEO fosters a community built on encouragement, authenticity, and mutual respect. All members, coaching participants, and program enrollees are expected to uphold these standards in every space — whether virtual events, community platforms, or direct interactions connected to our programs.
You agree to:
• Engage with others respectfully and constructively at all times.
• Refrain from sharing, posting, or distributing any content that is offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful.
• Protect the privacy of fellow participants. What is shared in community spaces stays within the community.
• Refrain from soliciting, promoting, or selling your own products or services within Company spaces without written permission.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from community spaces or programs for conduct that violates these standards, at its sole discretion, without refund.
9. Results Disclaimer
Profit In Peace CEO is committed to providing high-quality content, coaching, and community. However, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations from participation in any of our offerings.
Your results depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, life circumstances, and the action you choose to take. Any testimonials, success stories, or examples shared are individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
By purchasing or participating, you take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content created and offered by Profit In Peace CEO, LLC — including but not limited to the "What If..." Series, PDFs, workbooks, workshop materials, coaching frameworks, videos, graphics, brand assets, and written content — is the sole intellectual property of Profit In Peace CEO, LLC.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for your own individual growth and use only. You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content in any format.
• Resell, repackage, or repurpose any content for commercial use.
• Share downloaded files, recordings, or materials with anyone not enrolled in the program.
• Present any Profit In Peace CEO content as your own original work.
Violations of intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.
11. Payments & Billing
All products and services are subject to payment at the time of purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorize Profit In Peace CEO to charge your selected payment method for the stated amount.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and available online payment processors.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
• For membership and recurring programs, you authorize automatic billing on your renewal date until you cancel.
• Prices are subject to change. The Company does not offer price adjustments for previous purchases.
The Company is not responsible for failed payments, declined transactions, or service interruptions caused by your financial institution or third-party payment processors.
12. Privacy & Electronic Communications
By purchasing from or registering with Profit In Peace CEO, you consent to receive electronic communications including purchase confirmations, program updates, and Company announcements.
The Company will not intentionally share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your purchase (e.g., payment processing) or as required by law.
You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, and records in connection with these Terms, which are legally binding to the same extent as a physical signature.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Profit In Peace CEO, its founder, team members, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:
• Your use of or inability to access any product, program, or service.
• Any errors, interruptions, or technical issues on the platform or third-party tools used.
• Decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation in any coaching, workshop, or membership program.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no warranties — expressed or implied — regarding results, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
14. Termination of Access
Profit In Peace CEO reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any program, product, or community at its sole discretion if you:
• Violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engage in disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive conduct within any Company space.
• Initiate a chargeback or payment dispute outside of the verified duplicate charge exception.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of the Company.
Termination is non-reversible. No refunds will be issued upon termination due to a violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in South Carolina for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.
