These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and purchase of products and services offered by the Seller via Stan Store pages and any linked pages (collectively, the “Store”). Stan Store and payment providers (for example, Stripe) are third-party service providers; your purchase contract is with the Seller, not with Stan.
1) Scope and definitions
Digital Products: downloadable templates (including Notion templates), digital files, recordings, videos, and other digital content delivered electronically.
Subscription: a recurring payment product that provides ongoing access to content or features (for example “Jenny AI”).
Consumer: an individual purchasing mainly for personal purposes (B2C). Consumer protection laws may apply depending on your country.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3) How the contract is formed
A contract is formed when your payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation or access is granted. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order where required to prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the Store.
4) Prices, Kleinunternehmer status, and payment
4.1 Prices and payment processing
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe via Stan). The Seller does not store full payment card data.
4.2 VAT
The Seller applies the small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung). No VAT is charged under §19 UStG.
If tax treatment in your country requires additional taxes or duties, you are responsible for them unless the law requires otherwise.
5) Delivery and access
5.1 Instant access
Many Digital Products and Subscriptions provide instant access after purchase. You are responsible for using a working email address and maintaining access to your purchase links or account login.
5.2 Availability
The Seller aims to keep the Store available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may occur.
6) Subscriptions (recurring products, e.g., “Jenny AI”)
6.1 Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
6.2 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via the method provided in your Stan account or by emailing support@quarterlifeclaritylab.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless the law requires a different result.
6.3 No refunds policy for subscriptions
As a commercial policy, Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires refunds (see Section 9: Withdrawal rights for EU/EEA/UK consumers and other mandatory rights).
7) License and permitted use
All Digital Products and course content are licensed, not sold. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the materials for your own personal purposes.
You may not:
share, resell, redistribute, publish, or make materials available to others (including via shared drives, team workspaces, or “account sharing”)
copy or reproduce materials beyond what is reasonably necessary for your personal use
remove copyright notices or branding
use the materials to build, train, or improve AI models or create competing products
Breach of this section may result in termination of access without refund (subject to mandatory law).
8) Coaching and outcome disclaimer
The Seller provides educational and coaching-style content designed for self-reflection and decision-making support. No results are guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside the Seller’s control (effort, timing, circumstances, and implementation).
9) EU/EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA/UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions.
9.1 How to exercise withdrawal
Email refund@quarterlifeclaritylab.com within 14 days of purchase with:
your full name
order number (if available)
the product/subscription name
a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract
9.2 Digital content: loss of withdrawal right after you request immediate access
For digital content not on a physical medium, the withdrawal right can be lost once performance begins if:
you expressly consent to immediate performance, and
you acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once performance begins, and
you receive confirmation on a durable medium.
9.3 Subscriptions and digital services
For subscriptions and ongoing digital services, withdrawal rules can differ from one-off downloads. If you request immediate performance during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, the Seller may be entitled to reasonable compensation for the period of use where applicable under mandatory law.
10) Refund policy
This section applies in addition to mandatory legal rights (for example, withdrawal rights). Where there is a conflict, mandatory law prevails.
10.1 Notion templates (and other one-off Digital Products)
No refunds as a commercial policy once access is granted or download begins, except where mandatory law requires refunds.
10.2 “Jenny AI” subscription

10.3 Online course: 30-day money-back guarantee
For the online course, the Seller offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions below:
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing refund@quarterlifeclaritylab.com with your order details.
Refunds are limited to the course purchase price and do not cover third-party fees that are non-recoverable where the law allows.
Abuse prevention: the Seller may deny refund requests that show clear signs of misuse (for example, chargeback threats, repeated refund cycling, or unauthorised redistribution). This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
11) FernUSG (Germany) and ZFU approval risk disclosure
The seller’s offers are intended as self-directed content and do not include formal learning success monitoring such as grading, certification, mandatory progress checks, or individual performance evaluation. Any quizzes (if present) are intended as self-assessment and are not reviewed by the Seller.
No clause in these Terms removes mandatory rights under applicable law.
12) AI content disclaimer
12.1 Not professional advice
“Jenny AI” is an AI-based tool and provides general information and reflective prompts only. It is not professional advice and does not replace qualified professionals (medical, psychological, legal, or financial).
You agree that:
you will not treat Jenny AI outputs as a diagnosis, therapy, or medical guidance
you remain responsible for your choices and actions
the Seller is not liable for actions taken based solely on AI output, to the extent permitted by law
12.2 Safety notice before interaction
A clear warning must be shown before any interaction with Jenny AI. By using Jenny AI, you confirm you have read and accepted that warning.
12.3 Data and sensitive information
Do not enter highly sensitive personal information into Jenny AI (health data, crisis details, or information about third parties). If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services.
13) Medical, mental health, and therapy disclaimer
The Seller’s content is not psychotherapy, not psychological treatment, and not medical care. The Seller does not diagnose, treat, heal, or alleviate medical or psychological conditions. This boundary matters in Germany because unauthorised practice of “Heilkunde” may be punishable under §5 HeilprG.
If you experience severe anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, or other acute mental health symptoms, seek qualified professional help and emergency services.
14) User conduct and acceptable use
You agree not to:
violate laws or third-party rights
harass or threaten others
attempt to access accounts, content, or systems without authorisation
distribute malware or engage in fraud
share or resell Seller materials
The Seller may suspend access for violations.
15) Intellectual property
All Store content, Digital Products, branding, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Seller IP.
16) Third-party services
The Store may rely on third-party platforms (Stan Store, Notion, video hosting, payment processors). The Seller is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third parties. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms.
17) Limitation of liability
The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence, the Seller is liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties), and liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. This limitation does not apply where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
18) Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Seller against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Store, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
19) Privacy and GDPR
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR.

20) Consumer dispute resolution
The Seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (unless legally required in a specific case). Information duties under § 36 VSBG may apply and are provided here.
21) ODR platform link
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued. Any previously required link obligation no longer applies after July 2025.
22) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction where mandatory law provides.
23) Language
These Terms are provided in English. The Seller may publish a German version later. Where mandatory local law requires specific language or disclosures, those mandatory rules prevail.
24) Changes to these Terms
The Seller may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order. Any updates are clearly stated at the beginning of these terms.
