come explore the embodiment of the sun
CA$18
a 35 minute online movement meditation class for my fellow dreamers, believers and creatives who are in desire to reconnect to their bodies powerful intuitive wisdom.
no matter if you are experienced in somatics / embodiment or it's your first time, may you leave these calls feeling more calm, grounded, inspired & pleasure centred.
THIS MONTH
we open and dance with the energy of the SUN
think open heart, big smiles and arms wide.
this month is greatly inspired by one of my favourite astrological seasons : LEO
let's be brave, be bold and celebrate in the golden sparkle that is the sunlight.
as with every EMBODED|theclass, all of it is an invitation;
there is no right or wrong, good or bad, pretty or ugly.
in a society where we’ve been conditioned to feel there are certain ways of being to stay in a state or safety and acceptance EMBODIED|theclass is designed to be solace and reclamation of that body and space.
move as you want, express as you feel - all of it is welcome.
