I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time and for such an eye-opening session. Honestly, everything you said resonated with me so deeply... Rachel, You put words to things I’ve been feeling for years but could never really name or understand, and so many things suddenly started making sense to me after our conversation. I also want to say that I really appreciated how much I could relate to you personally!!! Knowing that we’ve been through some similar experiences made me feel so relaxed, safe, and understood during our conversation. It made it much easier for me to open up, and honestly, it made me trust you even more because I felt that you weren’t just speaking from theory—you genuinely understood what I was feeling. I had the opportunity to have a coaching call with Rachel and I had SO MANY breakthroughs!!!! Every single minute of the call gave me another breakthrough! Before the call, I had so many blocks, and in only 60 minutes, she was able to help me unlock them in such a simple and practical way. After our call, I was left with very detailed embodiment practices, activities, and, of course, an incredibly empowered heart <3 She helped me so much to rewire the way I see my story, and I’m forever grateful for our coaching call.
