Please DOWNLOAD the "StepUp Pedometer Step Counter App" if you haven't already in order for you to join the group for the November 12k Challenge! If you sign up to be added to the NEW Instagram group chat, the new link will be emailed to you the day before the 1st of each month at 12:00 pm CST

This link will provide you access to join Rashaya B.'s "November 12k Steps A Day" Challenge in the Step Up App

This link is for you if you’re looking to:

  • join Rashaya B.'s November 2026 12k steps a day challenge

  • refer friends and family members each month (each person you refer you're able to receive 1 pass to use for the month as a "day off" from your steps) REFERRALS are OPTIONAL and has NO LIMIT // passes received from referrals do not roll over to following month

  • participate in monthly giveaway opportunities

  • receive direct motivation, support and assistance from Rashaya B. (admin) and other women/men within the challenge

  • challenge yourself with completing a minimum of 12,000 steps a day for the entire month of November 2026

  • join a positive and motivating community of like minded women/men who are achieving their personal fitness and health goals

  • accept the challenge rules to complete a minimum of 12,000 steps a day each day for the entire month of November 2026, otherwise you will be removed/banned from the 10k steps a day challenge without re-entry and without a refund

  • accept that all sales are FINAL for the step challenge even if you're removed/banned from the challenge due to negativity or if you do not complete a minimum of 12,000 steps each day for the entire month of November 2026

  • accept the rules/guidelines for using passes. Passes are granted after completion of a full month’s challenge. Passes are not able to be rolled over to the following month. Each person who completes the current challenge will automatically receive 3 passes to use as days off for the following month. Each person is responsible for letting me know in a separate message when they’re needing/wanting to use a pass. Each person is agreeing to letting me know about using a pass either in advance or early the next day

  • All removals are completed at 2PM CST each day. If you haven’t advised me that you’re needing to use a pass before that time, you will be removed

    Steps to Confirm You Have Joined:

  • Download Step Up App First & Create An Account

  • Immediately Join The Group using the LINK sent in your confirmation email

Lastly you will see the group in the app after you have joined
