I WANT MORE. AND I'M DONE WAITING.
You've spent years being responsible. Now, when is it your turn?
You've handled the responsibilities. You've made the sacrifices. You've been the dependable one, the problem-solver, the woman everybody knows they can count on.
And somewhere along the way, your own wants became something you'd get around to eventually.
After the kids get older.
After the bills are paid.
After everybody else is settled.
After life becomes a little less demanding.
But here's the question nobody seems to be asking:
How much longer are you willing to postpone your own life?
You can love your family, care about your responsibilities, and still want more for yourself.
More freedom. More experiences. More opportunities. More financial independence. More pleasure. More time to figure out who you are outside of what you do for everybody else.
And no, wanting those things doesn't make you selfish.
It makes you a woman with a life of her own.
That's why I created I Want More. And I'm Done Waiting.
This isn't another journal filled with pretty affirmations and vague advice about choosing yourself.
It's a practical, honest, 48-page digital guided journal designed to help you examine what you've been postponing, understand why, and start making room for the things you actually want.
Because recognizing what needs to change is one thing.
Doing something about it is another.
WHAT'S INSIDE YOUR DIGITAL JOURNAL?
Each section takes you through a different part of the process, combining honest self-reflection with practical exercises and an action step.
PART 1: NAME IT PLAINLY
What do you actually want?
Not what sounds reasonable. Not what everybody else would approve of. Not what you can justify because you've worked hard enough to deserve it.
What do YOU want?
You'll explore your desires around relationships, ambition, money, pleasure, and everyday experiences without immediately talking yourself out of them.
PART 2: THE ARRANGEMENT
Let's examine how your life is currently operating.
Who depends on you? What responsibilities have you automatically taken on? And which ones could someone else reasonably handle?
You'll identify the arrangements that leave little room for your own priorities and begin deciding what needs to change.
PART 3: AFTER THIS
How many times have you told yourself you'll do something after life settles down?
This section helps you examine the promises you've made to yourself and determine whether the circumstances keeping you waiting are still true today.
Some delays are necessary. Others have simply become familiar.
It's time to know the difference.
PART 4: WHAT POSTPONING PROTECTS
Sometimes responsibilities aren't the only reason we delay our dreams.
Sometimes we're afraid to fail, afraid to be judged, uncomfortable being beginners, or worried about disappointing people.
You'll explore what postponing your desires might be protecting you from and identify one small action you can take despite that discomfort.
PART 5: FACTS, FEELINGS, AND ONE BEGINNING
Not every obstacle is imaginary, and not every uncomfortable feeling means something is impossible.
This section helps you separate actual limitations from emotional resistance.
You'll examine the time, money, support, and practical arrangements your goal requires.
Then you'll identify a realistic first step.
PART 6: SAY IT PLAINLY
You don't need to write a five-paragraph explanation every time you make a decision about your own life.
This section helps you communicate changes clearly, establish expectations, and stop turning explanations into requests for permission.
You'll practice expressing your decisions without unnecessary apologies or overexplaining.
PART 7: AFTER THE CHANGE
What happens after you finally do something for yourself?
You might feel excited, relieved, uncomfortable, or even guilty.
This section helps you reflect on what actually happened, recognize your progress, and decide what you want to continue doing differently.
Because making one decision is important.
Following through is where the change begins.
PLUS: A PRACTICAL TOOLKIT YOU CAN RETURN TO
Your journal also includes tools designed to help you apply what you've learned to everyday situations.

ONE LAST THING...
You don't have to abandon the people you love to start taking your own life seriously.
You don't have to stop being responsible.
And you certainly don't have to become someone you don't recognize.
But you do have to be willing to question the arrangements, expectations, and habits that have kept your wants at the bottom of the list.
You've spent enough time explaining why everybody else needs you.
Now it's time to ask yourself what you need, what you want, and what you're prepared to do about it.
You don't need permission to want more.
You need to stop treating your own desires like they're optional.
Your life deserves a place on your own priority list.
