A. Nature of Sessions & Client Responsibility

Our sessions are designed to provide God-centered spiritual guidance and to facilitate self-awareness, intention-setting, and guided meditation.

  1. Methodology: Sessions utilize non-diagnostic techniques, including focused energy channeling, guided imagery, and spiritual coaching. Sessions are always conducted fully clothed and involve no physical touch or physical manipulation of the client. All techniques are conducted in the energetic field only, without any physical contact or manipulation of the body.

  2. No Guarantee: While energy work and meditation are often deeply relaxing and transformative, there are no guarantees as to the results or outcomes of any session. All growth and transformation are forms of self-healing, and any benefits depend on your own openness, effort, and personal commitment.

  3. Hold Harmless: You agree to fully hold harmless and indemnify [Kimberly / Ready To Receive Light] from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in any session, product, or program.

This section applies specifically to any form of intuitive coaching offered.

  1. Introspection Purpose: Sessions are conducted from a God-centered perspective, focusing on spiritual guidance rooted in faith. This approach is not associated with any particular religious denomination or spiritual tradition, and is intended solely to support personal reflection, clarity, and inner growth.

  2. No Prediction: I do not guarantee the accuracy of any future event or outcome. The future is dynamic, and all information shared is based on potential possibilities and probabilities at the time of the reading. You retain your free will at all times.

  3. Personal Responsibility: The choices you make and the actions you take as a result of any information or insight received during an intuitive session are your sole responsibility. I accept no liability for any life decisions made after an intuitive guidance session.

This section applies to any recorded meditations, e-books, online courses, or other tangible or digital products.

  1. Intended Use: All products (e.g., e-books, online courses, digital guides/products, coaching calls, etc.) are sold as tools to support your spiritual wellness practice, mindset improvement, intention-setting meditations, and personal wellness journey.

No Health Claims: Any information provided about the metaphysical properties of materials (e.g., “meditation practices intended to support relaxation and inner peace,” “breathwork for focus”) is based on widely accepted spiritual and energetic traditions and should not be interpreted as a claim for medical cure, treatment, or therapy.

  3. Digital Products: Courses and e-books are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for individualized professional advice.

Section 5: Acknowledgment and Consent

• By engaging with this website, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with my services.


• You understand that you are solely responsible for your own health, decisions, and well-being, and you agree to consult with a licensed professional for any medical or psychological issues.


• You understand and agree that at no time will you be physically touched during any in-person session.


• Ready To Receive Light LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, hostile, disruptive, or unsafe, or if the client is uncooperative or otherwise impedes the professional environment or relationship. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Ready To Receive Light LLC and are intended to preserve the safety, integrity, and well-being of both client and practitioner.

Section 6: Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Due to the nature of the service offering, no refunds will be granted. If the client provides at least 24 hours notice, a credit will be issued and must be used within 90 days to reschedule the session.

If the client cannot attend the session live and gives 24 hours notice, they may request a written read instead. Priority is given to live calls, and written reads may take up to two weeks to complete. Live sessions are preferred because real-time conversation and feedback typically lead to stronger results.

A 10-minute grace period will be applied for lateness; however, the session will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time, and a timer will be used to track the session. If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late, they will be considered a no-show and the session will be cancelled with no refund. Because we cover significant material during your 1-hour session, the full allotted time is needed.

If a client is a no-show, they will have one additional opportunity to reschedule. If the client is a no-show a second time, service may be denied at the discretion of the CEO.
