I have lived in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, South Dakota and North Dakota. I understand relocation, and all the different reasons / aspects of moving.

I hire excellent photographers that also provide aerial, video etc to best highlight your home.

From storytelling listings to themed open houses, local business partnerships, and targeted online campaigns—I go beyond the basics to get your home seen by the right buyers. I use social media, artificial intelligence, targeting ads, as well as the basics like post card mailers- to get the word out and market. I get comments all the time on my post card mailers. I like to make them fun, and memorable.
