Everyone gets a call.
Not everyone answers it.
It rarely arrives as a crisis.
Sometimes it’s just a quiet knowing that something isn’t wrong… but something isn’t yours anymore.
A life that looks fine from the outside but feels like you're watching it from a slight distance.
A life built around survival, belonging, success, or becoming who you needed to be.
And somewhere beneath all of it, a question you can no longer ignore:
Is this really my life?
You haven't lost yourself.
You learned, a long time ago, that it wasn't safe to be all of yourself.
So you adapted.
You became who you needed to become.
And parts of you, the ones that felt too much, wanted too much, needed too much, got quietly set aside.
Maybe those adaptations got you here.
But something in you knows they can't take you where you're going.
The moment when who you've had to be and who you know yourself to be can no longer coexist without something asking to change.
Reclaim You is a 3-month somatic initiation into that change.
Not becoming someone new.
Not fixing what's broken.
Remembering who you are beneath what you had to become to survive, and learning how to build a life that has room for all of you.
And from there, a different life doesn't have to be forced.
It emerges.
Not because you haven't worked hard enough.
Not because you haven't healed enough.
Not because you need to understand yourself better.
It's because the strategies that helped you survive are not always the same strategies that help you feel alive.
You can understand your patterns and still find yourself repeating them.
You can know exactly why you abandon yourself and still do it in the moments that matter.
You can have the relationship, the career, the stability, the life you worked so hard to create...
…and still feel like you're watching your own life from a slight distance.
Because knowing isn't the same as living.
Insight isn't the same as embodiment.
And understanding why you became who you became doesn't automatically teach your body that you are allowed to become someone different.
You learned how to stay safe.
You learned how to belong.
You learned what was acceptable, lovable, successful, and worthy.
You learned when to speak and when to stay quiet.
When to take up space and when to make yourself smaller.
When to trust yourself and when to trust everyone else first.
Those adaptations mattered.
They protected you.
They helped you become who you needed to become.
And they got you here.
But at some point, the person doing the building starts longing to actually live inside of it.
You start wanting more than a life that works.
You want a life that feels like yours.
More aliveness.
More honesty.
More choice.
More authorship.
More of you, actually present in the life you're living.
That's not failure.
It's a threshold.
And if you're here, you may be standing at it now.
You've done a lot of work.
You've learned the language. You understand your patterns. You can name your triggers. Maybe you've spent years in therapy, reading, reflecting, regulating, trying to understand yourself and become better at being you.
And still, something feels off.
Maybe your life looks good on paper. You have the relationship, the career, the stability, the things you once thought would finally make you feel settled.
Maybe nothing is obviously wrong. And that's part of what makes it so hard to explain.
You just know that something doesn't feel like yours anymore.
Maybe you're tired of being the one who holds everything together.
Maybe you're noticing how often you second-guess yourself, override your own needs, make yourself smaller, or look outside yourself for permission to trust what you already know.
Maybe you're beginning to see how much of your life has been shaped by what kept you safe, what kept you loved, what kept you accepted, or what kept you from becoming a problem.
And maybe you're starting to wonder:
What would my life look like if I stopped organizing it around all of that?
You don't need to know the answer yet.
You don't need to have a five-year plan.
You don't even need to know exactly who you're becoming.
You just need to be willing to meet yourself honestly enough to find out.
That is where we begin.
This isn't a space where I'll tell you that everything outside of you is the problem.
I'm not here to rescue you, fix you, or give you another set of tools to cope with a life you're unwilling to question.
This work asks you to participate.
To become curious about your own patterns without turning them into another reason to judge yourself.
To feel what you've learned to avoid.
To take responsibility for your choices without taking responsibility for everything that ever happened to you.
To let yourself change.
You don't have to be perfectly ready. You don't have to have it all figured out.
But you do need to be willing to meet yourself.
Because this isn't transformation as a concept.
It's transformation as something you actually live.
REMEMBER. RECLAIM. EMBODY. EMERGE
Reclaim You isn't a program you move through by checking boxes.
It's a living process of remembering, reclaiming, embodying, and emerging.
We move at the pace your nervous system can actually integrate, following what is asking to be seen, felt, understood, and changed.
REMEMBER
Turn toward what has been shaping your life beneath the surface.
We begin by understanding the patterns that have been running the show: the adaptations, beliefs, identities, protective strategies, and ways of relating that helped you survive, belong, succeed, or stay safe.
Not so you can blame yourself for them.
So you can finally see them clearly.
Because you can't change what you're still unconsciously organizing your life around.
This is where we begin listening to what your body has been communicating, what your nervous system learned to expect, and what you've had to become to navigate the world around you.
RECLAIM
Meet the parts of yourself you learned to leave behind.
The parts that were too much.
Too loud.
Too needy.
Too angry.
Too ambitious.
Too sensitive.
Too sexual.
Too opinionated.
Too visible.
The parts you learned to silence, suppress, perform away, or hand over to someone else.
Here, we begin bringing them back into relationship with you.
Your voice. Your needs. Your boundaries. Your anger. Your desire. Your intuition. Your power.
Not because you need to become someone else.
Because some parts of you have been waiting for permission to come home.
EMBODY
Learn to live from what you know.
This is where insight becomes choice.
Where knowing what you need becomes actually honoring it.
Where understanding your patterns becomes the ability to interrupt them in real time.
Where self-trust becomes something you practice instead of something you try to convince yourself you have.
You begin experimenting with what it feels like to respond from your center instead of your old survival strategies.
To tolerate the unfamiliar.
To take up space.
To say what you mean.
To let yourself want what you want.
To make choices without needing everyone else to agree.
This is where you begin learning to live from your own authority.
EMERGE
Let your life become a reflection of what has changed within you.
The goal isn't to create a perfect new version of yourself.
It's to become someone who can meet life differently.
Different choices.
Different relationships.
Different boundaries.
Different possibilities.
A different relationship with your body, your work, your desires, your voice, and the people around you.
The external doesn't have to be forced into place.
As you change the way you relate to yourself, you begin making different choices from a different place.
And your life gets the opportunity to change with you.
This is where the work becomes your life.
You can't think your way into a different way of being.
You can understand your patterns. You can know where they came from. You can explain exactly why you react the way you do.
And still find yourself doing the same thing when it matters.
Because the patterns you're trying to change aren't just thoughts.
They're lived in your body.
Your nervous system learned what to expect. Your body learned how to protect you. Your relationships, choices, boundaries, and sense of self were shaped around those lessons.
So this work isn't about thinking your way out of them.
We work with the place where those patterns actually live.
Through sensation awareness, breath, movement, nervous system practices, reflection, and embodied exploration, we begin creating experiences that are different from what your system has learned to expect.
Sometimes that means slowing down enough to notice what your body is saying before your mind takes over.
Sometimes it means staying present with a feeling you've learned to override.
Sometimes it means moving, making sound, taking up space, or following an impulse your body has been asking you to listen to.
Sometimes it means practicing a boundary, having the conversation, making the choice, or doing the thing you've been afraid to do.
The work isn't about forcing yourself to change.
It's about creating enough safety, capacity, awareness, and self-trust for something different to become possible.
And then practicing it in your actual life.
Because the transformation doesn't happen because you had a powerful session with me.
It happens when you take what you experienced in that session into your Tuesday afternoon.
Into the relationship.
Into the decision.
Into the moment you would normally abandon yourself.
Into the moment you choose differently.
That's where embodiment happens.
The goal isn't to become a better version of yourself.
It's to become more fully available to the self that's already here.
You begin to notice the difference between what you actually want and what you've learned to want.
Between your own voice and the voices you've internalized.
Between a choice that comes from fear and one that comes from knowing.
Between keeping the peace and actually being at peace.
Between being capable of handling everything and being willing to let yourself be supported.
You may notice yourself speaking up sooner.
Setting a boundary without needing to build a case for it.
Making a decision without asking everyone else what they think first.
Staying present in a conversation that once would have sent you into a spiral.
Letting yourself want something without immediately talking yourself out of it.
Taking up space without apologizing for existing in it.
Trusting your body's signals instead of overriding them.
Choosing relationships, work, environments, and experiences that actually fit who you are now.
This doesn't mean you'll never get triggered again.
It doesn't mean you'll never doubt yourself.
It doesn't mean you'll always know what to do.
It means you become more capable of meeting those moments without abandoning yourself.
You begin to trust yourself to be with yourself.
And from there, your choices change.
Your relationships can change.
Your relationship with your body can change.
The way you work can change.
The things you tolerate can change.
The things you pursue can change.
Not because someone gave you the perfect blueprint for your life.
Because you're no longer building it entirely from survival.
You're building it from choice.
From self-trust.
From your own authority.
From a deeper relationship with yourself.
That's what it means to reclaim you.
Reclaim You is three months because real transformation needs more than insight.
It needs time to notice what is changing, practice something different, encounter yourself in real life, and come back with what you discover.
This isn't intensive work that ends when you leave a session.
It's a relationship with the process, and with yourself, that continues between our sessions.
8 SOMATIC SESSIONS
Eight private sessions across three months, each 75–90 minutes.
We'll follow the journey rather than force you through a predetermined curriculum. Some sessions may be conversation-heavy. Others may involve sensation, movement, breath, embodied exploration, or working directly with what's happening in your body in the moment.
The work meets you where you are.
UNLIMITED VOICE + TEXT SUPPORT
You don't have to wait until our next session to reach out.
You have unlimited voice and text support throughout our three months together, because real life doesn't conveniently pause until your next appointment.
This is where we can work with what's actually happening as you move through the process.
PERSONALIZED PRACTICES
Between sessions, you'll receive practices specific to what you're working with.
These might include somatic exercises, movement, breathwork, reflection, experimentation, or rituals designed to help you take the work out of our sessions and into your life.
Because insight becomes transformation through practice.
CLOSING CEREMONY
We don't just stop when the three months are over.
We close intentionally.
We'll take time to witness what has changed, honor what you've moved through, and anchor what you're taking with you into what comes next.
The goal isn't to leave you dependent on me.
It's to leave you more deeply connected to yourself.
More trusting of what you know.
More capable of meeting what comes next.
And more willing to live from your own authority.

I don't believe I'm here to tell you who to become.
I believe my role is to walk beside you as you cross the thresholds that ask you to become more honest with yourself.
And I want you to know who you're trusting to walk with you.
I didn't come to this work from a textbook.
I'm a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and intergenerational trauma. I come from a lineage of women who were disempowered, abused, silenced, and taught in countless ways that their needs didn't matter.
Those patterns didn't just exist in my family history. They lived in me.
They shaped my relationships. My body. My sense of safety. My relationship with food, intimacy, power, and my own voice. They shaped the ways I learned to disappear, disconnect, perform, protect myself, and become whatever I needed to be to survive.
For a long time, survival was not something I understood intellectually.
It was the way I lived.
I've known anxiety, depression, dissociation, derealization, disordered eating, self-harm, chronic illness, and the ways trauma can become so deeply embedded in a person that you can forget there was ever another way to exist.
And I have spent years finding my way back.
Not by learning how to become a better version of the person survival made me.
By learning how to listen to my body.
How to feel what I had spent years trying not to feel.
How to reclaim the parts of myself I had abandoned.
How to tolerate being seen.
How to take up space.
How to trust my own knowing.
How to live from my own authority.
That lived experience is one of the most valuable things I bring to this work.
Not because experience alone makes someone a practitioner.
It doesn't.
I've also spent nearly two decades studying and practicing yoga, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Family Constellations, expressive movement and arts therapies, and other embodied and healing practices.
I've worked with the body in ways that don't always look like traditional healing, too: jiu-jitsu, boxing, strength training, endurance running, rock climbing, steel mace training, even skydiving.
Because I've learned that transformation doesn't happen through softness alone.
Sometimes we need to soften.
Sometimes we need to move.
Sometimes we need to take up space.
Sometimes we need to experience power.
Sometimes we need to meet fear with something other than trying to make ourselves feel less afraid.
Sometimes the body needs to discover that what once felt impossible is something it can actually meet.
I've spent years bringing together what I've learned through training with what I've learned by living.
That integration is what I bring to you.
I'm not here to diagnose you, fix you, rescue you, or become your new authority.
I'm here to help you hear yourself more clearly.
To understand what your nervous system learned.
To meet what your body has been carrying.
To recognize the patterns that once protected you and decide whether they still belong in the life you're creating.
And ultimately, to help you trust yourself enough that you don't need me to tell you who to be.
You are the one who has to live your life.
My job is to help you come home to the person who gets to choose it.
$3,000 paid in full
Save $333
or
$1,111/month for 3 months
This is three months of deep, intimate work designed to change the relationship you have with yourself, because that relationship touches everything else.
You're not paying for eight hours of my time.
You're investing in a container where you have space to be seen, supported, challenged, and accompanied as you move through a significant period of change.
A space where the work doesn't end when the session does.
A space where you can bring what is actually happening in your life, practice something different, and learn to trust yourself in the places where you've historically abandoned yourself.
The goal isn't for you to need me.
It's for you to leave with more of yourself than you came in with.
APPLY
Fill out the short application below. Take your time with it. Your answers help me understand where you are so that, if we connect, we can go straight to what matters.
CONNECTION CALL
If your application feels aligned, I'll invite you to a 30–45 minute conversation.
This isn't a sales call.
It's a genuine exploration of whether Reclaim You is the right container for you, and whether we're the right fit to do this work together.
I'll tell you honestly if I don't think this is the right moment or the right kind of support for you.
BEGIN
If we both feel the yes, we begin.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you start.
You just need to know that something in you is ready for something different.
You don't have to feel fearless to begin.
You might feel recognition.
Relief.
Curiosity.
Maybe even a little fear.
That's okay.
You don't need to know exactly where this journey will take you.
You don't need to have all the answers.
And you don't need to convince yourself that you're ready if something in you is saying not yet.
Listen to that, too.
There are other ways to begin. Spiral In, my 7-day somatic journey, or working with me one session at a time through Somatic Integration may be a better entry point for you right now.
But if you've read this far and something in you keeps saying,
This.
Pay attention.
Maybe this is your call.
Maybe this is your threshold.
And maybe you're ready to answer it.
