LOOP & LEARN: THE CROCHET METHOD INTENSIVE

FEBRUARY 2027

The viral crochet method everyone's been asking Reda about, taught in person, hands on, straight from the person who created it.

Learn it. Practice it. Walk out ready to charge $500+ for this style behind your own chair.

THIS IS THE METHOD EVERYONE'S TALKING ABOUT

You've seen it in your feed. You've seen the comments asking "how do you DO that." This is the class where you finally learn it, not from a grainy video, not from a knockoff tutorial, but from Reda herself, hands on yours, until you've got it.

This isn't a lecture. It's not a demo you watch from a chair. You're doing the technique, step by step, on real hair (mannequins will also be provided), with real tools, next to Reda the entire time. You leave able to book this on your very next client.

WHAT YOU'RE LEARNING

  • The full viral crochet method, start to finish, exactly how Reda does it

  • Sectioning, tension, and placement so your finished result looks seamless, not stiff

  • The tools and products that actually make this technique work (and the ones that don't)

  • How to apply it fast enough to charge premium pricing and still keep your schedule full

  • How to price and sell this service so clients are asking YOU for it, not the other way around

WHY THIS PAYS FOR ITSELF FAST

Stylists who learn this method are charging premium rates for a service most people in their city can't even offer yet. One client. One day. Do this two or three times a week and you've already made back what you paid to learn it, with room to spare.

This is a technique, not a magic trick. What you charge and how often you book depends on you, your market, and your hustle. But the demand is already there. People are asking for this everywhere. The only question is whether you're the one who knows how to deliver it.

DATES AND LOCATIONS

ATLANTA — November 7, 2026
The first ever Loop & Learn Intensive. Limited seats. This is the one everyone's going to be talking about after.

LOS ANGELES — January (date coming soon)
West coast stylists, this one's for you. Join the waitlist now so you're first to know the second the date locks in.

Seats are capped on purpose. This is hands on training, not a room full of thirty people watching from the back. If you want real correction, real feedback, real time with Reda, that only works in a small room.

$1,599 PER SEAT (discounted rate)

Hands on training. All tools and materials included. Small group, so you're not just watching, you're doing.

Want it to just be you and Reda? Private 1:1 Training is also available. Full attention, your pace, until you've got it completely down.

SEATS ARE LIMITED. THEY WILL SELL OUT.

This method is going viral right now. Every day more stylists are finding out this class exists. The Atlanta seats are the first ones ever offered and once they're gone, you're waiting for the next date. If you've been wanting to learn this, this is the moment. Don't be the stylist who waited and watched everyone else book it out first.

Reserve your seat now.

Results, bookings, and earnings depend on your own skill, market, and business. This class teaches the technique, what you do with it is up to you.

Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reda Stylez
Shareda Nesmith, d/b/a Reda Stylez • Atlanta, Georgia
Last Updated: August 11, 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE, ENROLLING IN A CLASS, OR PURCHASING ANY DIGITAL PRODUCT.

By booking a hair service, registering for the In-Person Method Intensive, booking a Private 1:1 Training session, purchasing any digital product, or otherwise using this website, any linked booking platform (including Stan.store), or any related service (collectively, the "Services") offered by Shareda Nesmith, doing business as Reda Stylez ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not book, purchase, register for, or otherwise use any Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By completing any checkout, booking, or registration process, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to every section below, including the liability release, results disclaimer, and no-refund/no-chargeback provisions.

1. Description of Services

The Company provides, among other things:

  • Individual hair styling services booked directly with Reda Stylez ("Client Services");

  • In-person, hands-on group training sessions teaching Reda Stylez's proprietary crochet hair method ("Group Class(es)" or the "Intensive");

  • In-person, one-on-one private training sessions ("Private 1:1 Training"); and

  • Digital products, guides, waitlists, and related content sold or distributed through Stan.store or any successor platform ("Digital Products").

Group Classes and Private 1:1 Training are collectively referred to as "Classes." The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, reschedule, substitute instructors for, or decline to offer any Service at any time, in its sole discretion.

2. Payment, Fees, and Billing

All fees for Client Services, Classes, and Digital Products must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase unless a deposit structure is expressly offered at checkout. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information you supply is accurate and current.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The Company does not provide price protection, retroactive discounts, or refunds in connection with any subsequent price reduction or promotional offer.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — No Refunds

ALL PAYMENTS FOR CLIENT SERVICES, CLASSES, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY LAW.

Because Classes involve limited, non-recoverable seats, reserved instructor time, and materials purchased in advance on your behalf, and because Digital Products are delivered electronically and are capable of being immediately accessed, copied, or used, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once a booking is confirmed or a Digital Product is delivered or made accessible — regardless of whether you attend the Class, complete the Digital Product, or achieve any particular outcome.

This no-refund policy applies whether the request is made before, during, or after a Class or the delivery of a Digital Product, and applies equally to Client Services once the appointment has been confirmed and any preparation, product ordering, or scheduling has occurred on your behalf.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By submitting payment for any Client Service, Class, or Digital Product, you agree that you are voluntarily entering into a transaction for services or goods that will be, or have been, rendered, delivered, or made accessible to you, and you expressly waive any right to reverse, dispute, or "charge back" that payment through your bank, credit card issuer, or any third-party payment processor (including but not limited to Stripe or any processor used by Stan.store), except in the case of documented, unauthorized use of your payment method by a third party.

If you have any concern about a charge, a Class, a Client Service, or a Digital Product, you agree to first contact the Company directly, in writing, and allow the Company a reasonable opportunity (no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days) to address the concern before contacting your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks initiated in violation of this section, where a Service was rendered, a Class seat was reserved and made available to you, or a Digital Product was delivered or made accessible, will be treated as a breach of these Terms and as a fraudulent, bad-faith dispute. In that event, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion and without further notice:

  • Submit all available evidence of the transaction, booking confirmation, class attendance, and/or delivery of the Digital Product to the payment processor and card issuer to contest the dispute;

  • Pursue collection of the full disputed amount, plus any chargeback fees, processing fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in recovering the amount owed, through a collections agency and/or small claims or civil court in Georgia;

  • Immediately terminate your access to any Digital Product, cancel any future booking or Class registration without refund, and permanently bar you from booking or purchasing any future Service; and

  • Report the dispute and its resolution to consumer and business fraud-reporting services where permitted by law.

You agree that this section survives termination of your relationship with the Company and applies to every transaction you complete through the Company's website, Stan.store storefront, or any other booking or payment platform used by the Company.

5. Class Bookings, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Seats for Group Classes are limited and are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. Your seat is not guaranteed until payment in full is received.

If you are unable to attend a Class or Private 1:1 Training session you have booked, you must notify the Company in writing no less than forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations made with proper notice may, at the Company's sole discretion, be eligible for a one-time reschedule into a future Class, subject to availability. No refund will be issued in any circumstance.

If you cancel with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice, fail to appear at your scheduled Class or appointment ("no-show"), or arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late, you forfeit your seat, your session, and any amount paid, with no right to a refund, reschedule, or credit.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, combine, or cancel a Class due to insufficient enrollment, illness, emergency, weather, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In the event the Company cancels a Class outright and does not offer a replacement date, your sole and exclusive remedy is a credit toward a future Class or Service, at the Company's discretion.

6. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability — In-Person Classes

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Group Classes and Private 1:1 Training are hands-on, in-person instructional sessions that involve the use of hair tools, heat styling equipment, crochet hooks and needles, hair extensions, chemical or styling products, and direct physical contact with your own hair, a mannequin head, or a model's hair. As with any hands-on training involving tools and physical technique, there is an inherent risk of minor injury (including but not limited to pricks, scratches, burns, or product reactions) and of unsatisfactory or imperfect results while a technique is still being learned.

By registering for or attending any Class, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation, including risks arising from your own inexperience, the actions of other students, or the ordinary risks of working with hair tools and extensions, and you agree that the Company, Shareda Nesmith individually, and any assisting instructors, contractors, or venue staff (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except to the extent caused by the Released Parties' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, YOU RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CLASS, INCLUDING CLAIMS OF ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION WAIVES ANY CLAIM THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED UNDER GEORGIA LAW, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.

You may be required to sign a separate, physical liability waiver and release form on the day of any in-person Class prior to participation. Your registration and attendance constitute your agreement to sign such a waiver upon request; the Company may decline to admit you to a Class if you refuse to do so.

7. No Guarantee of Results; Earnings and Outcome Disclaimer

The Company teaches a technique. It does not, and cannot, guarantee any specific outcome, skill level, artistic result, client satisfaction, business result, or financial result from your participation in any Class or use of any Digital Product.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY, BOOK ANY CLIENTS, ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR LEVEL OF SKILL, OR REPLICATE ANY RESULTS SHOWN IN ANY MARKETING MATERIAL, DEMONSTRATION, SOCIAL MEDIA POST, OR TESTIMONIAL, AS A RESULT OF ATTENDING A CLASS OR PURCHASING A DIGITAL PRODUCT.

Your results, if any, depend entirely on factors outside the Company's control, including but not limited to your own skill, practice, dexterity, business operations, marketing, pricing, local market conditions, and the condition of the hair or client you work on. You acknowledge that any income, portfolio, or business examples referenced by the Company are illustrative only and not a promise or guarantee of your own results.

8. Health, Safety, and Post-Class Work on Clients

Classes teach a styling technique for educational purposes. The Company is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability arising from, any Student's application of the technique to their own clients, models, or any third party after the Class has concluded, including any damage to hair health, scalp condition, tension-related hair loss (traction alopecia), allergic reaction, or any other injury or dissatisfaction experienced by a Student's own client.

You acknowledge that proper technique, product selection, tension control, and ongoing client consultation and care are your sole professional responsibility as a licensed or practicing stylist (or as an individual practicing on your own hair or a consenting model), and that the Company has no ongoing supervisory, contractual, or professional relationship with, and assumes no liability toward, any third party you subsequently service using the technique taught in a Class.

Nothing in a Class constitutes a professional license, certification recognized by any cosmetology board, or a representation that you are legally permitted to perform paid hair services in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for holding any license required by your state or local law before performing services on clients.

9. Independent Contractor Status; No Employment or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and the Company. Students and Clients are independent members of the public or independent professionals, and the Company exercises no control over how any Student subsequently operates their own business.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, videos, photos, technique demonstrations, written content, graphics, and the look and feel of the Company's website and storefronts (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal or professional development only.

You may not record, livestream, reproduce, republish, distribute, teach to others for compensation, resell, or create derivative training materials from any Content or Class without the Company's express prior written consent. Unauthorized use, recording, or redistribution of Class content is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate removal from the Class without refund, in addition to any other legal remedies available to the Company.

11. Photo, Video, and Testimonial Release

By attending any in-person Class or Client Service, you grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to photograph and video record the session and to use your likeness, hairstyle results, and any feedback you provide in the Company's marketing, social media, and promotional materials, unless you notify the Company in writing prior to the session that you decline to be photographed or recorded.

12. Digital Products (Stan.store and Related Platforms)

Digital Products are sold "as is" and are licensed, not sold, for your personal or professional use only. Due to the nature of digital content, which can be accessed, downloaded, or viewed immediately upon purchase, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, as described in Section 3 above.

The Company is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms used to deliver Digital Products or process payment (including Stan.store, Stripe, or any successor platform), including outages, delayed delivery, or account access issues; your sole remedy in such circumstances is replacement of access to the Digital Product, at the Company's discretion.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL SERVICES, CLASSES, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, SHAREDA NESMITH INDIVIDUALLY, OR ANY RELEASED PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY SERVICE, CLASS, OR DIGITAL PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To the extent any liability is found notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or any Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Company for the specific Service, Class, or Digital Product giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, Shareda Nesmith individually, and its officers, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of any technique taught in a Class, including services you perform on any third party after the Class; (c) any injury you cause to another Student, model, or third party during a Class; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

16. Governing Law; Venue; Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, any Service, Class, or Digital Product, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [INSERT COUNTY], Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before filing any claim in court, you agree to first contact the Company in writing and engage in a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

17. Modifications to These Terms

The Company may revise these Terms at any time by updating this document and posting the updated version on its website or Stan.store storefront. Your continued use of any Service, or any subsequent booking or purchase, after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for periodically reviewing this page.

18. Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with any booking confirmation or in-person waiver you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the subject matter herein and supersede any prior agreements.
