Have you ever tried being good at NOT shopping at all?
Same.
Did it work?
No.
That’s because willpower alone doesn’t fix the reason you shop. As a former shopaholic, I only healed my habits when I paired the inner work with real shopping moments.
Now I have a wardrobe I love, I’m debt-free, and I feel zero guilt when I hit “checkout” or bring something home from the store.
✅ This is for you if:
You love fashion and style, and you don’t want to give them up
You buy things you barely wear, then feel guilt or regret
You’ve tried budgeting or a no-buy and ended up right back in the cycle
You want a calm, confident relationship with shopping, not a ban
🚫 This is not for you if:
You’re looking for a quick fix or a strict no-buy challenge
You don’t want to do any reflection or journaling
💭 Sound familiar?
SPEND. WEAR. FORGET. REPEAT.
You’ve thought about (or spent hundreds to thousands on) a stylist. You keep looking to influencers and friends to tell you what to buy. You’ve tried every budgeting method out there, and you still feel lost.
Those are just symptoms. You keep shopping to fix the underlying problem.
👋 And oh yes, that used to be me!
I'm Vanessa.

I was $60k in debt and masking my stress with more shopping. Today I’m debt-free, saving $3,000 every month, and I still love my clothes and getting dressed.
I built this program from 10+ years of healing my own shopping habits and getting certified in the psychology of clothes and why we’re so drawn to them.
You’re not broken. You just need to interrupt the thought patterns and stories you’ve defaulted to for years.
These results are my own and will vary for you. Everyone's shopping rules are different.
✔️ Yes, you can still shop.
A cold-turkey no-buy never worked for me. What worked was a tapered approach:
✔️ Shorter pauses between shopping moments, instead of long ones you can’t sustain
✔️ Learning to spend calmly and confidently sooner, not someday
✔️ Seeing progress early, so you stay motivated
In this program, you’ll make two real purchases, mindfully and with support, and learn from each one.

Your questions, answered
Why spend money on this if I’m trying to save?
Impulse buying costs far more than this program does. The average spend on clothes each MONTH is $561, according to a survey conducted by empower. This program costs less than that.
I’ve tried budgeting and no-buy challenges before. Why would this be different?
Because those tackle the spending, not the reason behind it. This program pairs the inner work (your triggers, your identity, your emotions) with real shopping moments, so the change lasts. And you never have to go cold turkey for longer than 2-3 weeks at a time.
I’m not in debt. Do I still need this?
Even after I got out of debt, the impulse buying was still there, quietly sabotaging my future: no emergency fund, no retirement savings, no beach vacation. It also shows up as a cluttered home, a closet of barely worn clothes, constant purge-and-replenish cycles, and hiding boxes from your partner.
How much time will it take?
About 1 hour a week, on your own schedule. Do more or less in any given week. Life gets busy, and the program is designed around that. Take it one week at a time. You don’t need to do everything at once.
Am I still allowed to shop?
Yes. The goal is more mindfulness in your spending, not a ban.
What happens after the 12 weeks, and what does “lifetime” mean?
You keep going. You’ll have access to the program, journal, and monthly webinars for as long as the course is available, and every webinar is recorded.
What if it’s not for me?
