Some people become so good at giving that they forget they were never meant to live on what is left over.

We give our time, energy, love, attention, encouragement and care. And somewhere along the way, receiving can begin to feel uncomfortable — as if accepting help, kindness, appreciation or abundance somehow means taking something away from someone else.

This guide explores what happens when you begin to question that belief and allow giving and receiving to become part of the same natural flow.

Inside, you’ll be invited to notice where you may still be accepting crumbs, where you push away compliments or help, and what might change if you truly believed that good things were allowed to reach you too.

And then comes one beautifully simple experiment: allow someone to give you something — a compliment, a coffee, a hug, a little help or a kind word — without explaining it away or immediately trying to repay it.

Simply look at them and say:

“Thank you.”

Because receiving is not selfish.

Even the hands that feed the world deserve to be fed. ❤️
