When are the small group calls?
Friday at 3pmCT, every week of the 21 days. They're recorded if you miss one. (We can change this if the group needs a different time)
How does the voice memo access work?
WhatsApp / IG DM. You send a voice memo whenever you need to, I reply within 24 hours. It's for real-time support during the 21 days, not a replacement for therapy or emergency care.
Can I upgrade to VIP later?
