The Mother Wound Reset™ is a six-week live online coaching group for adult daughters who understand that patterns in their relationship with their mother have affected them and want support deciding what to do now.
We will explore what happened, what you learned about yourself, grief, guilt, boundaries, the relationship that is possible now, and how to move forward with more self-trust. You will receive a participant workbook and a manageable between-session practice each week. You will not be pushed toward forgiveness, reconciliation, or no contact.
DATES: Wednesdays, November 4, 11, and 18; December 2, 9, and 16, 2026. No session during Thanksgiving week.
TIME: 7:00–8:15 p.m. Eastern.
FORMAT: Live online, small group of up to eight women.
INVESTMENT: $499 for all six sessions.
Your payment reserves one seat for the full six-week group. A welcome email with joining details and participant materials will follow before the first session. This is a coaching and educational group, not group therapy.
