What you're buying
These are digital guides (instant download), such as The Upwork Profile Builder and The Upwork Proposal Builder, and may also include 1:1 coaching calls or a monthly membership (Profile Rewriter Unlimited). Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

License
These guides are for your personal use only. Please don't share, redistribute, resell, or repost the content anywhere, including social media, forums, or other stores. All content is copyrighted and remains the property of Rey Magoncia.

Refunds
Because these are instant-download digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. We're not able to offer refunds for reasons like "I didn't find it useful" or "it wasn't what I expected," since you gain full access to the content immediately upon purchase.

The one exception: if you have a genuine technical problem, such as the file not downloading, a broken link, or a corrupted file, contact us and we'll fix it or resend it right away.

Before filing a dispute or chargeback
If you have any issue with your purchase, please email reyccs13@gmail.com first. Most problems can be sorted out directly and faster than through a payment dispute. We're happy to help.

Coaching calls (if applicable)
1:1 coaching calls are non-refundable once booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule, email reyccs13@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled call. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, forfeit the call.

Monthly memberships (if applicable)
Some products, like Profile Rewriter Unlimited, are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically and bill you on the same date each month until cancelled.

Membership payments are non-refundable — we don't issue prorated or partial refunds for time left in a billing cycle. If you cancel, you won't be charged again going forward, but you keep full access to the membership through the end of the cycle you already paid for.

To cancel, email reyccs13@gmail.com and request cancellation. We'll confirm once it's processed. Cancelling doesn't cut off your access right away — it just stops future billing, and your access continues until your current paid period ends.
