By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Post to Pawfit™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
DIGITAL PRODUCT & LICENSE
Post to Pawfit is a digital educational product that includes customizable templates, information, strategies, and resources designed to help purchasers create and market their own branded digital product.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize the designated resellable template, rebrand it for your own business, and sell your customized finished version to your own customers.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of Post to Pawfit, its branding, training, instructions, original materials, or intellectual property to you.
WHAT YOU MAY DO
You may customize the designated resellable template with your own branding, business name, colors, wording, images, and other permitted customizations and sell that customized finished product to your own customers.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not resell, share, distribute, reproduce, copy, give away, upload, or provide access to the original Post to Pawfit product, training, instructions, links, files, or templates as received.
You may not claim that you created or own Post to Pawfit™, Rosie the Ruffeter™, The Bonafide Box™, or their original proprietary materials.
You may not transfer your license or give another person access to your purchased materials so they can create products for themselves without purchasing their own license.
Only the specifically identified customizable/resellable template may be rebranded and resold.
NO GUARANTEE OF SALES OR INCOME
Post to Pawfit provides educational information, templates, tools, and strategies. No sales, income, profit, audience growth, or other business result is promised or guaranteed.
Your results will depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, implementation, audience, content, pricing, marketing, platform algorithms, market conditions, and business decisions.
Any examples, projections, testimonials, or discussions of potential results are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise of what you will earn.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and operating your own business.

We do not own or control these third parties and are not responsible for changes to their pricing, policies, features, availability, algorithms, account decisions, outages, or performance.
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
DIGITAL PRODUCT / REFUND POLICY
Because this is a digital product providing immediate access to downloadable and/or proprietary materials, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except for the specific resale rights expressly granted above, all original Post to Pawfit materials, content, graphics, written instructions, branding, methods, and other intellectual property remain the property of The Bonafide Box and/or its applicable rights holders.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited. You must rebrand the offer with your own details.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You understand that starting and operating a business involves risk and that results are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Bonafide Box, Post to Pawfit, Rosie the Ruffeter, and their owners, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from your purchase, use, misuse, implementation, or inability to use the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
