  4. Transferability: Enrollments in the beauty service training program are non-transferable. You may not transfer your enrollment to another individual, regardless of the reason.

  5. Cancellation of Training Sessions: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions at our discretion. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants in advance and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any training materials without prior written consent from Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics.

Limitation of Liability: Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the beauty service training program, including but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.
