This Powder Brow manual will teach you everything you need to achieve your goals as a permanent makeup artist.

What are Powder Brows?

Powder Brows is a form of semi-permanent makeup and uses the art of creating brows with a tattoo machine that deposits pigment in the skin where you create natural shading and hair-like strokes in turn creating the illusion of real hair.

  4. Transferability: Enrollments in the beauty service training program are non-transferable. You may not transfer your enrollment to another individual, regardless of the reason.
