What will I learn?

You will learn concepts like aseptic technique, sterilization, autoclaving, blood barriers, and contamination. More importantly, you will learn to protect yourself and your clients from disease transmission. You will focus on sterilization and aseptic techniques, blood-borne pathogens with tattoo shop safety, tattoo inks, and color theory. It introduces the coil machine and rotary machine, equipment, and tools for those machines included. We also cover tattoo shop operations and management, pricing, and marketing techniques.

  • In-depth classroom prep 

  • In-depth client instructional shadowing 

  • Live model work with your supervising artist 

  • 1 year of training under your supervising artist

  • Certificate of Completion

  • Apprenticeship License through the state of Tennessee (after year completion signing off to obtain your Tattoo License)

  • Professional Tattoo Artist License (upon sign-off by your supervising artist at your local health department)

How does this class impact my future?

In this year-long course, you will work with your supervising licensed tattoo artist to build your own tattoo portfolio with advanced instruction in line work, shading, and introduction to advanced styles of the tattoo industry. We teach fundamental & advanced skills to get you ready to work as a professional tattoo artist in a shop when you are complete.

***You may work while under the apprenticeship license under your supervising tattoo artist.

Terms and Conditions: No Refunds for Beauty Service Training

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in our beauty service training program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds.

  2. No Refunds Policy: All payments made for our beauty service training program are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the course content, scheduling conflicts, or inability to complete the program.

  3. Course Access: Upon payment, you will be granted access to the training materials and resources provided for the duration of the course. Access will be revoked upon completion or expiration of the course, whichever comes first.

  4. Transferability: Enrollments in the beauty service training program are non-transferable. You may not transfer your enrollment to another individual, regardless of the reason.

  5. Cancellation of Training Sessions: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions at our discretion. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants in advance and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

  6. Intellectual Property: All training materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and presentations, are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any training materials without prior written consent from Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the beauty service training program, including but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.

  8. Modification of Terms:Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other notification methods deemed appropriate by Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics.

  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
