For Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artists Only

This course is specifically designed for students enrolled in our PMU courses to obtain the necessary required professional tattoo artist license to practice. No professional tattoo training is included in this apprenticeship option. We also accept students who have completed permanent makeup training elsewhere who need to obtain this required license by the state of Tennessee. 

What’s included with the course?

A one-year tattoo apprenticeship under a professionally licensed tattoo artist to obtain your professional tattoo artist license for permanent makeup purposes. Required in the state of Tennessee to perform permanent makeup procedures. 

How does this class impact my future?

You will obtain a professional tattoo artist license (upon sign-off by your supervising artist at your local health department).

Terms and Conditions: No Refunds for Beauty Service Training

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in our beauty service training program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds.

  2. No Refunds Policy: All payments made for our beauty service training program are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the course content, scheduling conflicts, or inability to complete the program.

  3. Course Access: Upon payment, you will be granted access to the training materials and resources provided for the duration of the course. Access will be revoked upon completion or expiration of the course, whichever comes first.

  4. Transferability: Enrollments in the beauty service training program are non-transferable. You may not transfer your enrollment to another individual, regardless of the reason.

  5. Cancellation of Training Sessions: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions at our discretion. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants in advance and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

  6. Intellectual Property: All training materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and presentations, are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any training materials without prior written consent from Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the beauty service training program, including but not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.

  8. Modification of Terms:Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other notification methods deemed appropriate by Rumor Has It Beauty Bar & Advanced Cosmetics.

  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
