Social Media Weekly Coaching

For Realtors who want to understand how social media actually converts into business.

Inside this membership, I break down in real time how I actively use Instagram and content creation to attract weekly leads, build visibility, and turn my content calendar into actual business opportunities.

This is not recycled “guru” advice.
This is direct commentary, strategy, and observations from an actively producing Realtor using social media in real time.

Inside the Membership:
• Weekly live coaching calls
• Real-time social media strategy updates
• How I plan and structure my content calendar
• Content concepts that are currently working
• Hooks and video ideas for Realtors
• Branding and positioning commentary
• Conversion-focused content strategy
• Understanding buyer psychology online
• Story content strategy
• How to create content that builds trust and inbound leads
• Q&A and implementation guidance

It’s also important to understand my coaching style:
My coaching is very direct, honest, and no fluff — while still understanding personality, confidence, and shaping authenticity around your brand. I do not believe in forcing Realtors to copy trends that do not align with who they are. The goal is to help you build a brand that feels natural, trustworthy, and sustainable long term.

This membership is perfect for:
• New Realtors
• Realtors new to social media
• Agents wanting to build a personal brand
• Realtors tired of random posting
• Agents wanting organic inbound leads instead of cold calling

WHAT THIS IS NOT:
• This is not one-on-one coaching
• This is not a quick-fix program
• This is not “done for you” marketing
• I do not teach editing or how to use CapCut
• This is not for agents unwilling to consistently create content and improve

This membership is designed for Realtors ready to learn strategy, apply concepts consistently, and build a long-term social media presence that supports their business.
