Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Digital Products
By purchasing this digital product package (the "Product"), you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Product Description
The Product consists of 100 eBook ideas/templates, which the Customer may use, modify, and resell under the conditions outlined in this agreement.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. Once the Product is purchased and delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
3. Resale Rights
Customers are granted non-exclusive rights to resell the Product under the following conditions:
The Customer may sell the 100 eBooks individually or as a package at a price of $17 or more.
The Product may not be sold for less than $17 to preserve the perceived value of the content.
Any resold materials must remain in digital format; redistribution in physical form is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
4. Intellectual Property
You are allowed to make changes and resell this property.
5. Delivery and Accessibility
Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive immediate access to the Product via digital download. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure they save and back up the Product. The creator is not responsible for any technical issues on the Customer's end after delivery.
6. Limited Liability
The creator makes no guarantees regarding the success or profitability of reselling the Product. Customers are responsible for their own marketing, sales strategies, and compliance with relevant local laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
Reselling the Product at a price lower than $17. You can use this product as an add on for them buying a course or something more than $17.
Sharing or redistributing the Product for free or in unauthorized formats.
8. Agreement Updates
The creator reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will apply only to future purchases and not retroactively to past transactions.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
