PHONE CONSULTATION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Agreement is between Sadie Merces (“Service Provider”) and the Client.
By purchasing a phone consultation, the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. PHONE CONSULTATION
The phone consultation is a paid service provided by Sadie Merces.
The consultation may take place by telephone call and/or text message, depending on the service selected at the time of booking.
The Client is purchasing the consultation service and the time reserved for the consultation.
2. PAYMENT
Payment must be made before the consultation is provided.
Payment confirms the Client’s appointment and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
3. NO REFUNDS
ALL PHONE CONSULTATION PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once the consultation has been purchased, the Client is not entitled to a refund for any reason, including cancellation, failure to respond, failure to attend, or failure to use the consultation.
4. NO RECORDING
THE PHONE CONSULTATION MAY NOT BE RECORDED.
The Client agrees not to record, audio-record, video-record, screen-record, or otherwise capture the phone call without the express permission of Sadie Merces.
This applies to any recording made through a phone, computer, application, recording device, or other technology.
Sadie Merces will not record the Client’s phone consultation without the Client’s knowledge and consent.
5. TEXT COMMUNICATION
If the consultation includes text messaging, the Client understands that text messages are part of the paid consultation service.
The Client agrees not to reproduce, publish, distribute, or share private consultation communications without permission from Sadie Merces.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and for being available during the scheduled consultation period.
The Client understands that the consultation is based on the information provided during the call or text conversation.
7. AGREEMENT
By purchasing the phone consultation, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
