Letting Go / Letting In: A Tender Futures Integration
For alumni of Sahar's in person Retreats, Parenting Labs and Tender Future labs.
Raising the future, while healing the past.
This session is open only to my past participants. If you’ve been through my labs, consider this your invitation back into the room.
As 2026 closes, we’ll come together for two Sunday sessions:
Letting Go: a grief and release session for what this year took and what your body is still carrying. We’ll build on the somatic and journaling practices you already know.
Letting In: a joy and future-crafting session with surreal guided meditations, so you can abundantly imagine the life you’re building for 2027.
Who this is for
Past participants who want to deepen the practice, reconnect with fellow hum rahis travelers, and close the year with intention.
What to expect
Two live guided sessions
Somatic practices that build on the lab
Surreal meditations and journaling prompts
A chance to be in community with other humrahis
Not sure if you qualify? Message me and we’ll sort it out.
What You’ll Need
Headphones
Yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask or towel
Water, ORS, or water with lemon + salt
Please avoid eating an hour before each session to support somatic work.
Your Facilitator
Sahar Habib Ghazi is the creator of Pink Salt and the IG community @2030Mama. An Emmy-nominated journalist, Stanford-trained design thinker, and trauma-informed facilitator, she works at the intersections of storytelling, collective care, and political parenting. Her work centers liberation, safety, and intergenerational healing.
Community Care
This is an intimate online experience. All practices, exercises, and materials are the result of years of trauma-informed design. For the safety of the group, I will require everyone to sign workshop agreements to prevent sharing of screenshots and recordings outside the workshop.
Accessibility & Sliding Scale
I want this workshop to be accessible to all my past participants. I’m setting aside sliding-scale tickets for those whom the full price would be a barrier.
If you’re interested in this option, please email me at saharhabibghazi@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to make it possible to participate. Spaces are limited, so early reach-out is encouraged.
