"Today seeing the possible future me, who shows up for herself, made me feel hopeful."
"I thought I was signing up for a parenting lab. Turns out, I was also meeting versions of myself I hadn't spoken to in years. Somewhere between the exercises and conversations, I started realizing how much of adulthood is shaped by things we never fully processed."
"I'm more regulated than I've ever been. When I'm triggered, I usually go into flight or fawn. I had a conflict — and I didn't jump into my go-to responses. I made sure to breathe, stay connected to myself, and I was able to tell my side."
"This lab did what years of talk therapy hasn't: it integrated past me with future me, afraid me with courageous me, outside me with inside me. Sahar is a natural healer. In her loving care, I have met a purer, kinder, more joyful version of myself and learned to integrate that version into my daily life. The breathwork and sound meditations have become a daily practice, as has somatic journaling. Regardless of a screen, Sahar will see through your eyes into your soul."
"After the class, I was looking at the icy snow that refuses to melt here in NY. I was thinking about the endless loop of meaning-making and reinforcing of limiting beliefs. I haven't allowed all that to thaw — and it would be awful if this snow doesn't melt and I keep piling on new snow. Grateful that I'm able to recognize this through this work."
"It was the most transformative, beautiful and clarifying — not just for parenting, but for my inner child too. I found self-love after 34 years. I think that's testament enough."
"I felt held, seen and heard. Sahar is gifted. This parenting lab is a steal for the price it's been offered at."
"I loved signing into a screen full of women so soft and open."
"I came alone but I left the lab with a villager and a deeper connection with my body."
"You have built a beautiful village and I'm grateful to be a part of it."
"It is a safe space to be yourself. With non-judgmental, growth-oriented women. It is healing and connecting and eye-opening. I am glad I did this for myself."
"I was apprehensive — but I was able to follow along so well, honestly time went past so fast."

I want this workshop to be accessible to parents and caregivers from all walks of life. I’m setting aside sliding-scale tickets for those whom the full price would be a barrier.
If you’re interested in this option, please email me at saharhabibghazi@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to make it possible to participate. Spaces are limited, so early reach-out is encouraged.
