This package is for people doing deeper work — untangling intergenerational patterns, rebuilding a regulated nervous system, and making changes that ripple not just through their own life but into their children's.
Some things can't be rushed. This container holds the time and space for them.
You'll leave with:
a working roadmap (3–6 months)
a body that feels regulated enough to respond — not just react or dissociate
clarity about intergenerational patterns you may not have been able to see before
access to emotions — including the ones you've learned to subdue
decisions rooted in ethics, care, and sustainability
increased confidence in your direction
personalized meditation
personalized gentle somatic practice
This is not hustle coaching, mindset work, or productivity optimization. It is slow, grounded work rooted in collective survival, intergenerational healing, and care.
You won't have to explain yourself here. Not your culture. Not your family structure. Not the particular inheritance you're carrying. That shared understanding isn't a bonus — it's what allows the work to go deeper, faster, and somewhere you may not have been before.
This work can unfreeze things that have been stuck for a long time. It can face you toward the beauty and wholeness already present in your life. That's not a small thing.
🧬 Intergenerational patterns — seeing the web you were born into, and beginning to change what gets passed on
🫀 Somatic & nervous system work — building a body that can regulate, respond, and feel — including anger, grief, and joy
🌱 Parenting & care — raising connected children by doing your own work first
🔁 Reinvention & midlife — identity shifts, grief, changing priorities, and the quiet work of re-pacing life
🧭 Work — building livelihoods that resist extraction and don't cost you yourself
(These aren't buckets. They overlap, inform one another, and change over time.)
Sense that what's stuck in them has roots they haven't fully seen
Are ready to access parts of themselves that have been frozen, subdued, or waiting
Want the changes they make to reach their children — not just themselves
Feel the weight of this moment and don't want to numb it away
Want clarity without urgency, and growth without extraction
Believe change happens through relationship, not force
"Optimize your output" or "get rich" frameworks
People seeking scripts, guarantees, or savior narratives
Crisis intervention or therapy (I can help with referrals)
People comfortable in their victimhood
"I reached out for coaching because I was feeling burnt out and I thought the answer was learning how to manage everything on my plate better and becoming more organised, whereas the answer was really working to go back to my body, be kind to myself and breathe. Sahar has the ability to really listen in ways people don't, she then has the skill to articulate the life stage you are in, the problem you are grappling with, or what you are stuck on and frame it in ways that are helpful to you. She does all this with great care and kindness. This is what makes her coaching style unique and really helped me. She gave me actionable ways to work with where I am in my life at the moment. I liked the practice the sessions gave me, and I especially liked being given very small simple things to do post coaching. I loved the collaborative spirit she used as what works for one person does not for another. Sahar used the very little time I could manage with coaching to look at the big picture of my life, and gave me a toolkit I can use. Three months on after coaching with Sahar, I have made some meaningful changes in my life, and have been open to things I may not have been thanks to her guidance and can feel the overwhelmingly positive difference. I would highly recommend doing any kind of coaching with Sahar, it will be the best investment you make in yourself and your life and well being."
"The biggest thing was not having to explain myself. My culture, my family situation. You just understood, and that gave me so much comfort. It let us go deeper, faster. And we went somewhere I had never been before. You helped me see the intergenerational web in my family in a way I simply hadn't seen. That alone was worth everything. The work on grounding my nervous system, building a body that feels regulated enough to actually respond instead of react or disassociate. I know this is going to change my life. And my children's lives. That's not a small thing. Part of that has been learning to access my anger and not subdue it. That's new for me. And it's freeing. I also took actions during our work together that I honestly don't think I would have taken for another ten years. You unfroze something in me that had been stuck for a long time. That matters more than I can put into words. And something else shifted too. I'm seeing how beautiful and wholesome my life actually is right now. I don't think I could see that before. You faced me towards it."

She believes clarity isn’t certainty—it’s learning how to live with integrity, care, and courage in the middle of change.
Through 1:1 mentorship, workshops, and writing, Sahar supports people to:
rebuild capacity with self-compassion, not self-blame
make values-aligned decisions under real constraints
see the intergenerational web — and open new possibilities within it
re-pace their lives with their bodies setting the terms
re-imagine liberation as collective, lived, and rooted in care for all children
