60 minutes of sensory bliss combining warm aromatherapy oils, gentle back, neck and shoulder massage, sensory hair play, soothing scalp massage, ASMR touch and healing energy.

THE EXHALE is your invitation to put it all down.
Wrapped comfortably in a towel, you are invited to settle into a beautiful seated ritual where nothing is expected of you and there is nowhere else you need to be.
Using warm, beautifully scented aromatherapy oils, I gently work across your back, neck and shoulders, blending slow, flowing massage movements with feather-light sensory touch and soothing ASMR techniques.
The experience then flows into sensory hair play and a beautifully soothing scalp massage, with gentle fingertips moving through your hair, delicate scalp movements and feather-light touches designed to create those delicious ASMR tingles and a feeling of deep relaxation.
Every movement is unhurried and intentional, inviting your shoulders to drop, your mind to quieten and the tension of everyday life to gently soften.
As you relax, the ritual flows into quiet energy healing, bringing a spiritual dimension to this precious time just for you.
There is no need to talk, explain yourself or share what you've been carrying.
No need to be strong.
