THE RELEASE
A Sacred Release Ritual
How much have you been holding on to without even realising?
The stress. The worries. The emotional weight of everything you've been through. The things you've pushed aside because life simply hasn't given you the time or space to stop.
And somewhere along the way, your body has become the place where all that tension seems to settle.
THE RELEASE is your invitation to finally put it all down.
Imagine 90 beautiful minutes where nothing is expected of you. 90 minutes dedicated to letting go of the tension, heaviness and emotional weight your body has been carrying for far too long.
Where you can stop holding everything together, stop pushing through and allow yourself to be completely cared for.
A deeply nurturing full-body sensory experience combining Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage, warm aromatherapy oils, soothing facial massage, gentle hair play, scalp ASMR and quiet healing energy.
Every comforting sensation invites you to soften, to rest and to reconnect with the body that has carried you through so much.
To feel the tension begin to ease.
To allow the busyness of your mind to fall quiet.
To experience that wonderful feeling of having nothing left to do but simply be.
There is no need to talk.
No need to explain what you've been through.
No need to be strong for anyone.
You simply lie back and receive.
Created for women who have spent so long carrying the weight of life, THE RELEASE offers you a precious moment to turn inward, nurture yourself and make space for something other than the demands of the world.
Because your body deserves more than simply getting you through another day.
It deserves tenderness. It deserves rest. It deserves to be cared for.
You have carried enough. Now it's time to let go.
This is an IN PERSON session held at my healing centre: in Upper floors, Above the Town Hall Tea Rooms, 27 High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 7AF
