45 minutes of nurturing stillness, inviting you to quieten your mind, reconnect with yourself and find your feet when life has left you feeling overwhelmed, scattered or ungrounded.
Sometimes life leaves us feeling as though we're everywhere except where we need to be.
Our minds are racing. Our thoughts are scattered. We're constantly thinking about tomorrow, worrying about yesterday and struggling to find a moment of peace in today.
We become so caught up in the noise of everyday life that we lose that beautiful feeling of being centred, balanced and connected to ourselves.
THE ROOT is your invitation to come back to yourself.
