The Crown is a deeply soothing sensory experience combining hair play ASMR, gentle scalp touch and silent crown chakra energy healing to invite you into a space of deep relaxation and stillness.
Through slow, feather-light movements, I gently work through your hair and across your scalp, creating the delicious tingles and soothing sensations associated with hair play ASMR. Every movement is unhurried and intentional, allowing you to switch off from the outside world and simply enjoy the moment.
As you relax, the experience flows into quiet crown chakra healing, bringing a spiritual dimension to this time just for you.
The crown chakra is traditionally associated with spiritual connection, higher awareness and our connection to something beyond ourselves. This ritual offers you space to turn inward, rest and reconnect with your own sense of peace.
