This program builds on the communication frameworks introduced in the self-paced course.

The Professional English Cohort Program is a structured small-group training experience designed for professionals who already use English at work and want to communicate with greater clarity, structure, and confidence in international environments.

Instead of grammar drills or textbook exercises, the program focuses on real workplace communication such as meetings, presentations, project discussions, and collaboration with international colleagues.

Each cohort includes a small group of professionals who meet weekly for guided speaking practice, feedback, and practical communication training.

The goal is not perfect grammar.

The goal is clear thinking, confident speaking, and professional communication that gets results.

What We Focus On

During the program we work on practical communication skills such as:

• speaking confidently in meetings
• structuring ideas so they are understood the first time
• explaining technical or complex topics clearly
• professional vocabulary and phrasing
• reducing hesitation and second-guessing when speaking

Each session includes structured discussion, real-world communication exercises, and instructor feedback.

What a Typical Weekly Session Looks Like

Each session follows a structured format designed to help professionals practice real workplace communication in a supportive small-group environment.

1. Warm-Up Discussion (10–15 minutes)
We begin with a short guided discussion focused on a professional topic. This helps participants become comfortable speaking and sharing ideas in English.

2. Communication Framework (10 minutes)
Each session introduces a practical communication strategy used in professional environments. Examples include structuring explanations, presenting ideas clearly, or contributing effectively in meetings.

3. Guided Practice (20–25 minutes)
Participants practice the communication strategy through structured exercises, real-world scenarios, or short speaking activities.

4. Feedback and Coaching (10–15 minutes)
Participants receive direct feedback and suggestions to improve clarity, structure, and professional phrasing.

The goal is to create a supportive environment where professionals can practice speaking, receive feedback, and gradually build confidence in English communication.

This program is designed for professionals who already use English at work and want to communicate more effectively in international environments.

Typical English level: B1 – C1+

This program is designed for professionals who already use English in their work environment.

It may not be the right fit if:

• you are looking for a traditional grammar-based English class
• you prefer passive learning rather than speaking and participating
• you are a complete beginner in English
• you are looking for exam preparation or academic English training

The focus of this program is practical professional communication and active participation in a small-group environment.

Participants should be comfortable speaking in English at a basic professional level and willing to practice during sessions.
