I joined eXp Realty in 2022. I joined really because I wanted to be a part of this room I had stumbled across on Instagram called Powerhouse. eXp Realty is a cloud based brokerage and I figured it would be fine. But I really just wanted access to people who were building their businesses the way I wanted to- through social media.

Powerhouse is the perfect room for female solo producers who don't want to buy cold leads, door knock on random people's doors or cold call strangers. My business doubled after the first year I joined. Why? Is there some secret formula? No, I don't think so. It's just that the energy is contagious. You learn to build better and if no one has told you yet- the hustle culture is out.
