The Yapping Guide is a digital educational product delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

No ownership rights are transferred through your purchase.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted once access has been provided.

The Product is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing contained in the Product constitutes legal, financial, tax, business, or professional advice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be the competent courts at the registered office of Secret Creators GmbH, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

The version published at the time of purchase shall apply unless otherwise required by applicable law.
