Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a membership or accessing any Ankrd services. By joining Ankrd, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. ABOUT ANKRD
Ankrd is a global faith-based membership community for Christian women. We offer a monthly membership, a private mentorship program, workshops, Bible studies, virtual events, and group retreats hosted in various locations worldwide. Ankrd is operated under US jurisdiction.
2. PROGRAMS & PRICING
Community Membership — $65/month
A monthly rolling membership giving you access to the full Ankrd community. Includes weekly Bible studies, monthly workshops, prayer request submissions, the digital resource library, community access, and early access to group retreats and travel experiences.
1:1 Mentorship Program — $390/month
A private mentorship program with Brooklynn. This is a separate offering from the community membership and is subject to a minimum 3-month commitment. Mentorship spots are limited and application-based. A separate mentorship agreement will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Retreats & Group Travel
Retreat and group travel experiences are available at an additional cost. Community members receive early access to retreat announcements and priority booking. Retreat pricing, inclusions, and payment terms will be communicated separately for each experience.
3. BILLING & PAYMENT
All fees are billed in USD.
Community membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis on your billing date.
Mentorship is billed monthly for the duration of your commitment period.
By enrolling, you authorize Ankrd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal via Stan Store.
International transaction fees may apply depending on your location and are charged by your payment processor, not by Ankrd.
4. REFUND POLICY
All fees are non-refundable. Because Ankrd delivers digital content and community access immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has begun.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at theseventhsocials@gmail.com and we will review your case.
For the mentorship program: payments made within your active 3-month commitment are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue due to a documented emergency, please contact us directly to discuss your options.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided through Ankrd — including Bible study materials, workshop recordings, written resources, audio content, and posts by Brooklynn — is the intellectual property of Ankrd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share this content outside of the Ankrd community without written permission.
Member-generated content (your own posts, comments, and prayer requests) remains yours. By posting in the Ankrd community, you grant Ankrd a non-exclusive license to use anonymized excerpts for promotional purposes, unless you opt out by contacting us.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
All Ankrd members are expected to engage with respect, grace, and integrity. Behavior that violates our Community Guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community without refund.
7. DISCLAIMER
Ankrd is a faith-based community platform. Content shared is for spiritual encouragement and educational purposes only. Nothing shared by Ankrd or its founder constitutes professional counseling, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional support.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ankrd and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the community, services, or content provided.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Ankrd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of your membership after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Cancellation Policy
We want every woman in Ankrd to be here because she wants to be. This policy is designed to be clear and fair for everyone.
COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP — $65/MONTH
How to cancel
You can cancel your membership at any time directly through your Stan Store account or by emailing theseventhsocials@gmail.com.
When does cancellation take effect?
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means:
You retain full access to the Ankrd community and all member benefits until your billing period ends.
You will not be charged for the following month.
No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Example
If your billing date is the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 15th, you keep full access until the end of that month and will not be charged on the 1st of the following month.
1:1 MENTORSHIP PROGRAM — $390/MONTH
Minimum commitment
The mentorship program requires a minimum 3-month commitment. This structure exists because real transformation takes time, and this ensures we can do meaningful, deep work together.
After the 3-month period
Once your initial 3-month commitment is complete, mentorship continues on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time with the same end-of-billing-cycle terms above.
Early cancellation
Cancelling before the 3-month minimum does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. If you are facing a genuine hardship, please reach out directly and we will do our best to work with you.
RETREATS & GROUP TRAVEL
Retreat cancellation terms will be outlined separately for each experience at the time of booking, as policies vary depending on the destination, vendor commitments, and timing.
REMOVAL FROM THE COMMUNITY
Ankrd reserves the right to remove a member at any time for violation of our Community Guidelines. Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle a member to a refund for the current billing cycle.

Log into your Stan Store account and manage your subscription directly, OR
Email theseventhsocials@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and your full name.
We aim to process all requests within 2 business days.
Community Guidelines
Welcome to Ankrd. This is a global sisterhood built on faith, love, and the Word of God. These guidelines exist not to restrict you, but to protect the sacred space we are building together. Every woman here deserves to feel safe, seen, and encouraged.
OUR FOUNDATION
Ankrd is rooted in the Christian faith. All content, discussions, and gatherings are centered on Scripture, the love of Jesus, and bold, authentic discipleship. While women from all walks of life are welcome, participation in this community means engaging within that framework with respect.
1. RESPECT & HONOR
Treat every member with the same grace you would want to receive.
Disagreements happen — handle them with humility, not hostility.
No bullying, mocking, condescending language, or personal attacks of any kind.
Respect different denominational backgrounds. We unite around Jesus, not theological debate.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY
What is shared in this community stays in this community.
Do not screenshot, share, or discuss another member’s personal story, prayer request, or testimony outside of Ankrd without their explicit permission.
This is a safe space. Treat it like one.
3. NO SPAM OR SELF-PROMOTION
Do not promote your own business, services, products, or social media accounts without prior approval from Ankrd leadership.
Unsolicited DMs promoting products or services to other members are not permitted.
Sharing resources relevant to the community is encouraged — self-promotion is not.
4. CONTENT STANDARDS
All content shared must align with our Christian values — including links, images, language, and recommendations.
Profanity, sexually explicit content, and graphic material are not permitted.
Political debate and divisive commentary are not what this space is for.
Before sharing, ask yourself: does this build up or tear down?
5. PRAYER REQUESTS
Prayer requests are sacred. Respond with prayer, encouragement, and scripture — not unsolicited advice or opinions.
Never share another member’s prayer request outside the community.
Approach every request with compassion, not judgment.
6. SHOWING UP
This community thrives when members engage. Introduce yourself, participate in studies, respond to others.
Lurking is okay, but we encourage you to step out in faith and connect. That’s what you’re here for.
7. LEADERSHIP & MODERATION
Brooklynn and the Ankrd team have the final say on all community matters.
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it privately rather than calling it out publicly.
We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently remove any member who violates these guidelines.
Removal for conduct violations does not entitle a member to a refund.
8. MENTAL HEALTH & CRISIS SUPPORT
Ankrd is a faith community, not a mental health service. While we pray for one another and walk through hard seasons together, if you or someone you know is in crisis, please reach out to a licensed professional or crisis line. We care deeply about your wellbeing beyond this community.
