3. Digital Course Access
All SewSlay digital courses, guides, and resources include instant access after payment.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase or cannot access your content, please contact us at SewSlayHBL@gmail.com within 48 hours for assistance.
4. Refunds & Payments
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase, unless you enroll through an approved payment plan.
Payment plans must be completed as agreed.
Failure to complete payments may result in removal of course access or suspension from mentorship sessions.
SewSlay does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been processed.
5. Mentorships & 1-on-1 Sessions
If your purchase includes a private or virtual session:
All bookings are non-refundable.
To reschedule, email SewSlayHBL@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed or late sessions without prior notice are forfeited.
6. Results Disclaimer
SewSlay by Kym provides training and education to help stylists and professionals enhance their skills.
However, we make no guarantees of specific results, income, or outcomes.
Your success depends on your own experience, consistency, and application of what you learn.
7. Limitation of Liability
All content and materials are provided “as is.” SewSlay by Kym makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and is not responsible for:
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in course materials.
Any business loss, income loss, or damage arising from use of our products or services.
Technical issues beyond our control (such as third-party payment processors or platform errors).
You assume all responsibility for your business results, actions, and decisions based on our content.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) is collected only for order processing and course access.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law.
By purchasing from SewSlay, you consent to receive occasional email updates about your order, new releases, and mentorship opportunities.
9. No Sharing or Redistribution

Violations of this policy will result in immediate course removal and may be subject to legal enforcement.
