During this on-site walk-through strategy session, I will meet you at the property and experience the space through the eyes of a guest. We will look at how the rental feels from arrival through checkout, including the layout, comfort, presentation, and small details that shape the guest experience.
I will help you make thoughtful use of the furniture, bedding, décor, and features already available whenever possible. The goal is to give you a clear direction, prevent unnecessary spending, and identify the updates that can make the greatest difference for your property and budget.

Session Fee
The on-site Short-Term Rental Styling Walk-Through is $49.
The $49 fee is non-refundable and is required at the time of booking. When you move forward with additional Sexton Collective styling services for the property, the $49 will be applied toward the services rendered.
When no additional services are booked, the $49 remains the fee for the on-site walk-through and the guidance provided during the session.

You do not need to purchase anything or prepare the property differently before I arrive. Seeing the rental as it currently functions helps me provide honest, practical guidance.
Booking Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.
The $49 session fee is non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows will result in the $49 fee being forfeited and unavailable to apply toward future services.
