Welcome to Gather & Tend
A women’s circle, hosted by Certified Master Adult Chair® Coach Shannon Yonge. Created for the woman who is choosing reconnection with her joy, worth, voice, and vitality again, through connecting with other women in a safe, caring circle. Come as you are, and be part of the growth, the laughter, the process and the power.
Inside our circle, we’ll explore:
• nurturing yourself with compassion and confidence
• creating healthy, loving boundaries
• reconnecting with intuition and inner wisdom
• healing self-worth wounds after burnout, betrayal, grief, or transition
• inviting more joy, play, peace, and aliveness back into your life
• stepping into your next chapter with grounded confidence and sovereignty
And yes…
there will be depth.
But there will also be laughter.
Connection.
Celebration.
Lightness.
Moments where you remember what it feels like to truly feel alive and true connection again.
We meet live on Zoom every Tuesday at 1pm MST. Yes, sessions will be recorded. Come any way you are! PJs, messy bun, at work- just come as you are! This is an ongoing group membership that runs June through November 2026.
Note: Membership is charged monthly, however, you may cancel anytime, simply email Shannon and communicate what you need. Come and go as needed. Listen live or the recorded session is always available 24-48 hours post call. Purchase wisely, refunds are not given.
