The Family Budget Planner

The Family Budget Planner

$27

Stop guessing. Start planning your family’s money together.

Numbers aren’t everyone’s thing. They weren’t mine. So we built the budget planner we wished we’d had: one that does the maths for you and shows you the answers in color.

You type in what comes in and what goes out. The planner does the rest. Within minutes you’ll know how much is left at the end of each month, where every dollar is going, and how long your savings would carry you if life changed tomorrow.

This is the same kind of tool Cornell and I use for our own family, built for couples who want to get on the same page about money without a single argument over a spreadsheet.

Inside the planner:

  • A color-coded dashboard. Money in, money out and what’s left, with green, amber and red so you know at a glance how you’re doing.

  • A spending chart that shows each category’s share of your budget.

  • The 50 / 30 / 20 check, which tells you whether you’re spending a healthy share of your income on needs, wants, and giving and saving.

  • An emergency fund tracker that shows how many months your savings would cover and how long until you reach your goal.

  • A “What If” planner where you can test a raise, a vacation, a cut in spending or a big purchase before you commit to it.

  • A monthly tracker where each category turns green when you stay on budget and red when you go over.

  • A Giving & Tithes category built in, because generosity belongs in the plan from the start, not at the end.

Made for real family life: weekly, every-two-weeks and yearly bills like school fees and insurance are spread into monthly amounts for you. It works in Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers, on a computer or a tablet.

Who it’s for: married couples, busy parents, and anyone who has ever said “I don’t know where our money goes.”

You’ll get instant access the moment you check out.

Town Hill Ventures LLC

Last Updated: 26 July 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product, service, or program, or attending any event offered by Town Hill Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"), including but not limited to purchases made through our Stan storefront, our website, our social media platforms, and any related pages (collectively, the "Site"). By purchasing a product, booking a service, registering for an event, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase, register, or use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Town Hill Ventures LLC is the parent company of “Shaunté Saphire” who provides faith-based coaching, consulting, digital products, ebooks, journals, courses, webinars, a paid membership community (Chambers), and in-person events, all centered on personal development for Christian women. References to specific programs, products, or communities (including but not limited to OVERRULED, The Case Against Your Excuses, The Trial, Motion to Proceed, The Evidence Files, Bless Them Tonight, and Chambers) are governed by these Terms and Conditions in addition to any product-specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

2. Purchases and Payment

By purchasing any product or service, you agree to pay the full price listed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid and current payment method. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, and we do not offer price protection or retroactive discounts if a price changes after your purchase.

3. No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital and personal nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchase, including but not limited to ebooks, journals, digital courses, coaching sessions, consulting sessions, webinars, challenges (such as The Trial), membership access (Chambers), or in-person event registration, regardless of whether the product or service has been accessed, downloaded, attended, or used.

If a technical issue on our end prevents delivery of a digital product you purchased, your sole and exclusive remedy is redelivery of the product or, at our discretion, a credit toward a future purchase.

4. Digital Products and Ebooks: Single-Use License

All ebooks, journals, PDFs, guides, and other digital downloads ("Digital Products") sold or distributed through the Site are licensed, not sold, to you for your personal, single-user use only. When you purchase or receive a Digital Product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Digital Product for your own personal purposes.

You may not:

●      Copy, reproduce, republish, screenshot, or upload any Digital Product to any other website, app, cloud drive, or platform for sharing with others

●      Forward, email, message, or otherwise distribute a Digital Product, in whole or in part, to any other person

●      Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make a Digital Product available to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge

●      Use any Digital Product for public or commercial purposes, including training other coaches, creating derivative content, or incorporating it into your own paid or free offers

Each Digital Product is licensed for use by the original purchaser only. Sharing your purchase, login, or downloaded files with another person is a violation of these Terms and of copyright law, and we reserve the right to revoke access and pursue legal remedies for unauthorized distribution.

5. Coaching, Consulting, and Webinars

Coaching, consulting, and webinar services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, financial advice, or legal advice, and nothing shared in a session or webinar should be treated as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal guidance. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

Although Town Hill Ventures LLC's founder holds legal credentials, no coaching, consulting, or content offered through the Site constitutes the practice of law or the formation of an attorney-client relationship. Any references to legal concepts, courtroom language, or legal metaphors used in our content, branding, or programs are used for illustrative and motivational purposes only and are not legal advice.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, income, or transformation from participating in coaching, consulting, webinars, or any other program. Your results depend on factors including your own effort, circumstances, and consistency, and will vary from person to person.

6. In-Person Events

Registration for any in-person event (including sidebar sessions and live gatherings) is non-refundable once submitted, in accordance with Section 3 above. Event dates, times, locations, and formats are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any changes.

By attending an in-person event, you assume all personal risk associated with your attendance and travel to and from the event. You agree not to hold Town Hill Ventures LLC, its founder, employees, contractors, or venue partners liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Unless otherwise stated, event content, including any materials, recordings, or handouts provided, is for the personal use of attendees only and may not be recorded, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

6a. Photo, Video and Media Release

If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before the event or session begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from promotional footage, though we cannot guarantee removal from group or wide-shot recordings.

7. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Town Hill Ventures LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR EVENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [State/Jurisdiction].

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of any product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
