Bae,
People can know what foods are considered healthy and still struggle to understand their relationship with food, their eating patterns, and how those things affect their results.
You know that nutrition matters—and understanding how your beliefs, behaviors, environment, and everyday decisions influence your fitness journey is a must if you truly want to live at your happy weight.
And before we get into the details about this workshop, I want you to know that you don't have to give up the foods you love to make progress! You need to understand your food choices and behaviors so they can better support your goals.
Throughout my years of fitness coaching, I've noticed that many people aren't necessarily struggling because they don't know that nutrition matters. They're struggling with what they believe about food and the habits they've developed around eating.
We often focus on WHAT we eat, but overlook HOW, WHEN, WHERE, and WHY we eat.
And those overlooked details deserve attention, too.
In this workshop, we'll challenge common nutrition misconceptions, explore everyday eating behaviors, and examine how your relationship with food and your environment may be influencing your progress.
What we'll explore together
Food myths and misconceptions: Does eating less automatically mean losing body fat? Do you really need to eliminate carbs to see results? Let's separate common beliefs from what supports sustainable progress.
The behaviors behind your food choices: Explore how your routines, environment, hunger, emotions, convenience, and social circumstances can influence the way you eat.
Healthy choices in real life: Living with others who eat differently, navigating restaurants and social gatherings, and making food decisions on busy days.
Progress without deprivation: Understand why building a more balanced approach to food doesn't require giving up everything you love.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for you if you exercise regularly but struggle with nutrition consistency. Whether you're working toward losing body fat, building or preserving muscle, feeling good in your clothes, or becoming more confident in your fitness journey, this workshop will help you look at your eating habits through a different lens.
If you're tired of feeling like you have to choose between enjoying food and making progress, this is for you!
What you'll walk away with
You'll have a clearer understanding of common food misconceptions, greater awareness of the behaviors and situations that influence your eating, and a better sense of what may be getting in the way of your fitness goals.
The goal isn't perfection. It's awareness, informed choices, and habits that can support your progress over time.
You can work toward feeling good, looking good, building strength, and improving your body composition while continuing to enjoy the foods you love.
