Welcome to Quantum Manifestation Academy™ (“QMA™”), operated by She Is Priority Corp (“She Is Priority,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing a QMA™ membership, creating an account, accessing QMA™ content, or otherwise using our services, you (“you,” “member,” “subscriber,” or “user”) agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Please review these Terms carefully before purchasing or using QMA™.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By purchasing or using QMA™, you confirm that:
You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The payment information you provide is accurate and you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use QMA™.
2. Nature of QMA™
QMA™ is a digital educational and personal development membership designed to provide tools, teachings, practices, guided meditations, community support, and educational resources related to identity, mindset, embodiment, manifestation, personal growth, relationships, money, business, and lifestyle.
QMA™ is not medical care, therapy, psychological treatment, financial or investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other licensed professional service.
Nothing provided through QMA™ should be interpreted as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services from a qualified professional.
Your participation is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, well-being, finances, relationships, business decisions, and results.
3. Membership Plans, Pricing, Billing and Automatic Renewal
QMA™ may offer multiple membership options, including Monthly, 3-Month, and 1-Year memberships or 1:1 Call
The price, amount charged, billing schedule, membership term, and applicable discounts displayed at checkout at the time of purchase control your purchase.
3.1 Monthly Membership
The Monthly Membership provides access for approximately 30 days from the date of purchase.
The membership automatically renews every 30 days at the applicable membership rate unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
By purchasing the Monthly Membership, you authorize She Is Priority Corp and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal until you cancel.
3.2 3-Month Membership
The 3-Month Membership provides access for a three-month membership term.
Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, the membership automatically renews for additional three-month periods until canceled.
If pricing is displayed as a monthly equivalent, such as “$157/month × 3,” the actual amount charged and billing schedule will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal. It does not retroactively cancel the membership term already purchased or create a right to a partial refund.
3.3 1-Year Membership
The 1-Year Membership provides access for a twelve-month membership term.
Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, the membership automatically renews for additional twelve-month periods until canceled.
If annual pricing is displayed as a monthly equivalent, such as “$118/month × 12,” the total price and actual billing schedule will be clearly disclosed at checkout before purchase.
Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal and does not create a right to a refund for the current membership term.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before an annual membership automatically renews.
3.4 Installment Plans
If a fixed-term membership is specifically offered at checkout through an installment payment plan, the checkout page will disclose:
the total purchase price;
the number and amount of installments;
the installment schedule;
whether the installments constitute a commitment for the full membership term; and
whether the membership automatically renews after the initial term.
Where an installment plan constitutes a commitment for a fixed membership term, cancellation of future renewal does not cancel remaining installments owed for the term already purchased unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or required by law.
3.5 Future Pricing Changes
QMA™ pricing may change from time to time.
Any applicable price at the time of purchase will be disclosed at checkout.
If a price change affects a future automatic renewal of an existing membership, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your membership at any time before your next renewal date.
Cancellation means that your membership will not renew for another billing period. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access through the end of the membership period you have already paid for.
You may cancel using the subscription-management or cancellation link provided in your purchase confirmation email or through the applicable customer billing portal.
If you are unable to access the cancellation method provided with your purchase, you may contact us at payments.method@yahoo.com at least 5 days prior to renewal
When contacting us, please use the email address associated with your purchase and clearly state that you are requesting cancellation.
We recommend contacting us sufficiently in advance of your renewal date to allow us to identify your account and assist you.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already processed.
5. Refund Policy
Because QMA™ provides immediate access to digital educational content, community resources, tools, and intellectual property, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
We do not provide full or partial refunds because:
you changed your mind;
you did not use your membership;
you did not complete the content;
you did not achieve a desired outcome;
you forgot to cancel before a renewal; or
you canceled during an already-paid membership term.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
6. Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize She Is Priority Corp and its third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing terms presented to you at checkout.
For recurring memberships, this authorization continues until you cancel the applicable renewal or the membership otherwise ends.
If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, or remains unpaid, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is successfully resolved.
7. Billing Questions, Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at payments.method@yahoo.com so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Contacting us first may allow the issue to be resolved more quickly.
Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.
If a payment is formally disputed or reversed, we may temporarily suspend access associated with the disputed transaction while the matter is being reviewed.
Knowingly filing a fraudulent or abusive payment dispute may result in termination of QMA™ access and any remedies available to us under applicable law.
8. Personal and Non-Transferable Access
Your QMA™ membership is licensed to you personally.
You may not:
share your login credentials;
allow another person to access QMA™ through your account;
copy or redistribute QMA™ materials;
record or reproduce members-only content without permission;
resell QMA™ materials or access;
upload QMA™ materials to third-party platforms; or
use QMA™ intellectual property to create competing or derivative products without written authorization.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. No Guarantees of Results
QMA™ provides educational tools and personal development resources. We do not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, financial, business, relationship, body, lifestyle, manifestation, or other result.
We do not guarantee that you will achieve a particular outcome within any specific period of time.
References to concepts such as “manifestation,” “identity shifting,” “quantum leap,” “reprogramming,” “reality shifting,” “activation,” “embodiment,” or similar terminology describe QMA™ educational frameworks and personal development concepts. They should not be interpreted as guarantees of objectively measurable outcomes.
Your results depend on numerous individual circumstances, including your actions, participation, background, choices, circumstances, and factors outside our control.
Testimonials, member stories, examples, and case studies describe individual experiences and should not be understood as promises that you will achieve identical or similar results.
10. Embodiment, Meditation and Personal Practices
QMA™ may include guided meditations, embodiment exercises, nervous-system practices, movement, visualization, journaling, audio content, and similar personal development exercises.
Participation in these activities is voluntary.
You are responsible for deciding whether any activity is appropriate for you. If you experience significant physical or emotional discomfort, discontinue the activity and seek appropriate professional support where necessary.
QMA™ is not a substitute for healthcare or mental health treatment.
11. Intellectual Property
All QMA™ content and intellectual property — including videos, audio recordings, guided meditations, written materials, frameworks, training materials, names, trademarks, graphics, designs, practices, systems, course structures, and branding — are owned by or licensed to She Is Priority Corp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchase of a membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access QMA™ materials during your applicable access period.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of QMA™ intellectual property to you.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, publication, resale, reproduction, commercial use, or modification may result in termination of access and legal action.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
By using QMA™, you acknowledge that information necessary to operate your membership, process payments, provide access, communicate with you, and maintain our services may be processed by She Is Priority Corp and appropriate third-party service providers.
13. Third-Party Services and Limitation of Liability
QMA™ may rely on third-party platforms and providers for payment processing, community access, email delivery, hosting, video delivery, scheduling, and other functionality.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, delays, or failures caused by third-party systems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, She Is Priority Corp and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or use of QMA™.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of QMA™ will not exceed the amount you paid to She Is Priority Corp for QMA™ during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless She Is Priority Corp, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of QMA™, infringement of another party’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to QMA™ and These Terms
We may update QMA™ features, materials, structure, instructors, delivery methods, community platforms, or content from time to time.
We may also update these Terms when reasonably necessary.
The current version will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where a material change affects recurring billing, automatic renewal, or another consumer right for an existing member, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
16. Email Communications
16.1 Membership and Transactional Communications
By purchasing QMA™, you agree to receive communications reasonably necessary to provide your membership, including payment confirmations, access instructions, security notices, cancellation confirmations, renewal information, account notices, and important service updates.
These operational communications may continue while necessary to administer your account.
16.2 Marketing Communications
We may send educational, promotional, launch, offer, and QMA™-related marketing communications where permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires affirmative marketing consent, we will request that consent.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time through the unsubscribe mechanism included in those emails.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent us from sending transactional or account-related communications necessary to administer an active membership.
16.3 Free Resources
If you provide your email address to receive a free guide, training, workbook, challenge, video, or other complimentary resource, we will use your email address to deliver the requested resource.
We may also send related marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and subject to any consent requirements that apply to you.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you, disputes relating to these Terms or QMA™ will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the agreement governing your QMA™ purchase and use.
If a specific billing term shown at checkout conflicts with a general billing description in these Terms, the clearly disclosed checkout terms applicable to that purchase will control.

Acknowledgment
By completing a QMA™ purchase or accessing the membership, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
