Hold the Line: 14-Day Workbook

You know your standards. You've said them out loud, maybe to a friend, maybe only to yourself. Then a message comes in, or a plan stays vague, and somehow you're answering within minutes and telling him it's fine. 🤍

Hold the Line is a 14-day workbook for that exact moment. Nothing in it will make anyone else change. It's about what you do in that moment, and about having something ready so you're not making it up while your heart is racing.

Who it's for
✨ Women who know what they want but drop their standards when he texts
✨ Women whose plans stay vague, who say "it's fine" when it isn't
✨ Anyone dating, in something unclear, or dealing with an ex who still texts. You don't need to be in a relationship for it to count.

What's inside
🤍 Your standards map: write five lines in your own words
🤍 Test your lines: find out which ones you'll really keep
🤍 Your usual moments: spot when you tend to give yourself away
🤍 What sets it off: what's going on right before you drop your line
🤍 The 90-second pause: five steps to use before you reply
🤍 12 scripts: short and calm, with space to say them in your own words
🤍 14 daily pages: small, doable practice
🤍 A slip page, a look-back review and a line tracker: for the days it doesn't go to plan

How the 14 days work
Before day 1: set it up. Write your five lines and find your usual moments.
Days 1 to 3: choose one line, notice yourself, try the pause somewhere safe.
Days 4 to 7: catch the moment, write the unsent message, do a halfway check.
Days 8 to 11: practise with small promises and a script in your own words.
Days 12 to 14: look back, adjust your line and do a final review.

By the end you'll have
✔ Five lines in your own words
✔ Your top three moments, named
✔ A 90-second pause you've actually used
✔ Three scripts that sound like you
✔ A count of the days you held, bent or broke your line

How it works
Most days take 10 to 15 minutes, some take less. Print it and use a pen, or write on it with a tablet. You'll probably slip at some point. That's normal, and there's a page for it.

Good to know
You get a PDF workbook, sent to your email right after you order, so please double-check your email address. This is education and self-reflection, not therapy. If a relationship feels unsafe, or things feel too heavy to carry alone, please contact a professional or a local support service first. Results vary.
