Please review the product description, price, format, compatibility information, and included services before purchasing. Your purchase includes only the materials and services expressly described on the product page.

You must provide accurate purchase information and a valid payment method. Applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

## 2. Digital delivery

Downloadable products are delivered electronically through the checkout confirmation page and/or the email address supplied at purchase. No physical item will be shipped unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and having suitable software to open the purchased files. If delivery fails or a file is inaccessible, contact info@atomic.film with your order details.

## 3. Digital toolkit license

Unless a product page expressly grants different rights, purchasing a toolkit grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it personally or internally within one purchasing organization. Employees of that organization may use it for authorized work.

You may download, store, and print the toolkit for those purposes. You may adapt its example emails, worksheets, and record templates for your organization’s operations, including sending adapted communications to customers and sharing completed records with your advisers, auditors, insurers, or authorities.

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, distribute, or repackage the toolkit, its blank templates, or substantial portions of its content as a competing product. Use across multiple client organizations requires separate written permission.

These restrictions do not limit rights you have under applicable law or independent rights in third-party materials.

## 4. UGC and other services

UGC production, advertising usage rights, revisions, bookings, cancellations, and other services are governed by the applicable product description and any separate written agreement.

A separate written agreement expressly addressing a service or license takes precedence over conflicting provisions of these general terms. Purchasing a digital toolkit does not include UGC services, consultations, or advertising rights.

## 5. Cybersecurity toolkit scope

The Windows Server 2022 Incident Response Toolkit is an educational reference for authorized administrators working with IIS, ASP . NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.

It does not include managed security services, incident investigation, emergency response, legal advice, tax advice, or an assessment of your particular systems.

Commands, queries, paths, permissions, and examples require review and appropriate testing before use. You are responsible for confirming authorization, compatibility, backups, evidence-preservation needs, and operational impact.

The toolkit does not guarantee that an attack will be prevented, that every compromise will be detected, that a system will be recovered, or that any compliance requirement will be satisfied.

## 6. Support and updates

Unless expressly included on the product page, support is limited to purchase and download-access assistance. Technical troubleshooting, personalized advice, future editions, and ongoing updates are not included.

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, unredacted personal data, or confidential incident evidence to our general support inbox.

## 7. Refunds and consumer rights

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a digital product has been delivered.

If a product is not delivered, cannot be opened because of a file defect, or materially differs from its description, contact info@atomic.film so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory cancellation rights, consumer guarantees, or other remedies available under applicable law. Downloading a product does not automatically waive rights where additional consent or acknowledgment is legally required.

## 8. Intellectual property and third-party resources

Rights in our original materials remain with us or the applicable rights holder. Your purchase grants the license described above, rather than ownership of the underlying content.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to Microsoft, regulatory bodies, or other organizations do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or certification.

External resources and services are governed by their own terms and may change.

## 9. Communications and privacy
