At The Side Hustle Inner Circle, we are committed to providing high-quality education, resources, mentorship, and digital programs designed to help entrepreneurs grow and succeed.
By enrolling in any Side Hustle Inner Circle program, course, mentorship, event, subscription, or digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. All payments made to Side Hustle Inner Circle are non-transferable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Online courses and digital trainings
• Coaching and mentorship programs
• Masterclasses, workshops, and live events
• Memberships and subscriptions
• Downloadable content and resources
Once access is granted to our materials and 1-1 coaching services, no refunds will be issued.
2. No Exceptions for Non-Participation
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
• Failure to attend live sessions
• Lack of participation
• Change of personal or financial circumstances
• Scheduling conflicts
• Technical issues outside of our control
• Decision that the program is “not a good fit” after taking sessions with our assigned educators and engaging with the classes. This is because each 1-1 session delivered to you by the educators is paid for by SHIC.
It is the responsibility of each participant to review all program details before enrolling.
3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
As a member of this community who has accessed our 1-1 coaching sessions and the modules, you waive the right to file any chargeback or payment dispute with your card provider or payment processor. Any chargebacks or disputes will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in:
• Immediate termination of access to all Side Hustle Inner Circle programs and platforms
• Permanent removal from the community
• Possible collection actions for outstanding balances
We encourage all students to contact support directly with any concerns before taking action through their financial institution.
4. Program Access & Digital Delivery
Because Side Hustle Inner Circle provides immediate access to digital content, intellectual property, and individual 1-1 training with educators, which is paid for per member, complete refunds cannot be issued once access is granted.
