By accessing this store, downloading a free resource, or purchasing a digital product from Side Income Hustler (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Side Income Hustler provides digital products, educational resources, templates, worksheets, guides, prompts, and related materials designed to help customers explore and build digital-product-based side income.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have compatible software, devices, and internet access necessary to download, open, edit, or use the materials.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
All information and materials provided by Side Income Hustler are for general educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided through our store, products, emails, downloads, or other materials constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or other professional advice.
The Paycheck Gap Calculator is an educational planning tool intended to help users organize income and expense information and estimate a potential monthly financial gap. It does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, credit, or debt advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and assuming the risks associated with starting or operating your business.
4. REFUND POLICY
Because our paid products are digital products that provide immediate access to downloadable materials, all sales are final once access has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing files you purchased, please contact Side Income Hustler for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery or file-access issues.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Side Income Hustler brand, training materials, guides, written content, prompts, frameworks, graphics, product descriptions, marketing materials, and other original materials are owned by Side Income Hustler and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, publish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit Side Income Hustler materials except to the extent expressly permitted by the license accompanying a particular product.
6. SIDE INCOME HUSTLER STARTER KIT LICENSE
Purchase of the Side Income Hustler Starter Kit includes limited commercial-use rights for the designated editable Done-For-You (“DFY”) end product included in the Kit.
As a Starter Kit purchaser, you MAY:
• Customize the designated editable DFY product for your chosen niche or audience.
• Change its branding, colors, fonts, wording, examples, activities, positioning, and other customizable elements.
• Sell your customized version of that designated DFY end product to your own customers.
• Set your own retail price for your customized end product.
• Use the training and AI prompts privately to help you develop your own original digital products.
These rights apply only to the materials specifically identified as customizable/resellable within the Starter Kit.
7. WHAT STARTER KIT BUYERS MAY NOT DO
You MAY NOT:
• Resell, share, distribute, sublicense, or give away the Side Income Hustler Starter Kit itself.
• Resell, share, distribute, sublicense, or give away Side Income Hustler training materials, Quick-Start Guides, AI prompt libraries, marketing kits, listing kits, source instructions, or proprietary frameworks as standalone products or as part of another PLR, MRR, resale-rights, or redistribution package.
• Sell an unchanged or substantially uncustomized copy of the entire Side Income Hustler Starter Kit as your own.
• Represent Side Income Hustler's original training, prompts, source materials, or brand assets as content you created.
• Use the Side Income Hustler name, logo, branding, or other brand identifiers in a manner that suggests your business or product is Side Income Hustler or is officially endorsed by Side Income Hustler.
• Transfer Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), resale rights, redistribution rights, or similar downstream rights to your customers for the customized DFY end product.
Your customers receive the customized end product for their own personal use unless you independently create and own additional materials for which you choose to establish different rights.
The purpose of the Starter Kit is to give you a head start in creating and selling your own digital product—not to create an unlimited chain of people reselling the same Side Income Hustler materials.
8. END-CUSTOMER RIGHTS
When you customize and sell the designated DFY end product permitted under the Starter Kit license, your customer receives PERSONAL-USE RIGHTS ONLY to that product.
Your customer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, give away, or transfer the product to others.
Starter Kit purchasers are responsible for communicating appropriate personal-use terms to their own customers.
9. FREE PRODUCTS
Free resources provided by Side Income Hustler, including the Paycheck Gap Calculator, are provided for the recipient's personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
Free resources may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, sublicensed, uploaded to other platforms for distribution, or represented as your own product without our written permission.
10. PAYMENTS
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information when purchasing a paid product.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Side Income Hustler does not control the policies, systems, availability, or performance of third-party payment processors.
Prices may be changed at any time. A future price change, sale, discount, or promotional offer does not automatically entitle previous purchasers to a refund or price adjustment.
11. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may update, improve, modify, replace, discontinue, or change our products, pricing, bonuses, or offerings at any time.
Purchasing a product entitles you to the materials and access described as included with your purchase at the time of purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.
12. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for how you use the information and materials provided by Side Income Hustler.
You are also responsible for ensuring that any products you create, customize, market, or sell comply with applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual-property requirements, advertising standards, tax requirements, and other obligations applicable to your business.
Side Income Hustler does not operate or manage your business for you.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Side Income Hustler products and materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guarantees of any particular business, financial, or other outcome.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate materials, but we do not guarantee that all information will remain current, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every individual's circumstances.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Side Income Hustler will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products, materials, store, or information.
You accept responsibility for your own business, purchasing, marketing, financial, and other decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Side Income Hustler may use third-party services and platforms for storefront hosting, payment processing, file delivery, email, design, artificial intelligence, or other business functions.
We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, outages, policies, or other issues caused by third-party platforms or services outside our reasonable control.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
16. EMAIL AND COMMUNICATIONS
By purchasing a product or requesting a free resource, you may receive transactional communications necessary to deliver your product, receipt, download, or other information related to your transaction.
Marketing communications, where offered, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any consent requirements that apply.
17. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use Side Income Hustler products or materials in a way that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights, violates applicable law, misrepresents your relationship with Side Income Hustler, or violates the license granted with your purchase.
We reserve the right to protect and enforce our intellectual-property and contractual rights where appropriate.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our products, services, or business practices change.
The version in effect at the time of a transaction will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
