Houdini Mentorship: 5 Sessions
CA$599
You know Houdini well enough to get stuck in it.
The sim almost works. The setup is half-built. You've watched the tutorials, and none of them cover your shot.
That's where I come in.
I've spent 13+ years in production FX on over 30 projects, including Avengers: Endgame and Avatar: Fire and Ash, which won the Oscar for Best Visual Effects. I've been teaching for more than five years.
What a session looks like
We open Houdini together. You bring your scene, your project, or your questions. I go through your setup with you, show you where it's breaking, and help you fix it.
What you get
Direct feedback on your work.
Help getting past whatever has been blocking you
The production thinking that separates good FX from great FX
A clear next step at the end of every session
Up to 3 feedback submissions per week between sessions
This is for you if
You're losing hours on problems that take minutes with the right eyes on them
Your work is good, and you can't see what would make it great
You're building a reel or pushing toward studio work
You want guidance from someone who has delivered shots in production
The offer
5 one-on-one sessions, one hour each, for $599.
Feedback between sessions
Send me up to 3 pieces of work each week for direct feedback. Use them that week. Unused feedback doesn't roll over.
You leave every session knowing exactly what to do next.
