The buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for personal or internal business use only. This is a single-seat license; team or agency use requires a separate license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. PERMITTED VS. PROHIBITED USES
Permitted use: Personal or internal business use only (customizing fillable/editable fields for your own operations).
Prohibited uses: Sharing, reselling, republishing, distributing, posting online, or creating derivative works of the Digital Product.
Editable assets: Edits are allowed only for your own use and do not permit redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of the original or modified files.
Output vs. template: Outputs you create with the product (e.g., emails you send using my template) are allowed; the template itself cannot be shared with clients, students, teams, or the public.

3. LICENSE TERMINATION FOR MISUSE
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate the license immediately for suspected or actual breach. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies. No refunds where termination results from breach. I may refuse future sales and pursue available remedies.

4. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

No refunds once the download link is delivered. Digital products are non-returnable.

Chargebacks are prohibited. Filing a chargeback contrary to this policy violates these terms.
