  • Full Photographic Prep for each session including Phone calls/ Zoom Calls, check in's, Timeline Preparation, Vendor communication

  • Monthly Check-in's and phone calls

  • 1.5 hr Proposal Photography Session

  • 3 x 1hr Event Sessions (Engagement party, Hens, Couples, Family etc.)

  • Full Wedding Day Photography Package: (10 hrs) with second shooter

  • 5 hours Videography Coverage: 5 hours of Coverage, One Videographer, 3-5 minute Highlight film and Full Ceremony Film

  • Content Creation on Wedding day With Reels + BTS video from all sessions.

  • Bride Box & Groom Box filled with curated gifts

  • Print Box with 100 professional prints

  • Videography is optional but highly recommended as an add-on in the Deluxe tier

By accessing or purchasing any Artwork, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to view or use the Artwork strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant you any rights to reproduce, copy, resell, alter, distribute, or commercially exploit the Artwork in any form—physically, digitally, or otherwise—without explicit written permission from the artist.

Unauthorised use or reproduction of any Artwork is a direct breach of copyright law and will be met with legal action. This includes but is not limited to printing, scanning, duplicating, sharing, or creating derivative works based on the Artwork.

Individuals or entities found to be infringing on these rights may be liable for damages and subject to a minimum penalty of AUD $5,000 per infringement, in addition to legal costs associated with enforcing these rights.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All rights, title, and interest in the Artwork remain solely with Samantha JC Nest.

  • Purchasing a digital or physical piece does not grant you copyright, resale, or reproduction rights.

  • All artworks are protected even if not explicitly marked with a copyright symbol.

  • You may not use the Artwork in AI-generated content, NFTs, print-on-demand products, or for any resale purposes.
