Payment & Final Sale
Payment is due according to the payment option selected at checkout.
Due to the digital and educational nature of our products and trainings, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to complete the material, or dissatisfaction with individual results.
If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Course & Digital Product Access
Your purchase is for your individual use only.
Course videos, manuals, protocols, worksheets, demonstrations, photographs, downloads, and other educational materials provided by Rind Skin LLC may not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold, distributed, taught, published, uploaded, or otherwise provided to another person without prior written permission.
Purchasing a training gives you permission to implement what you learn within your own professional practice. It does not transfer ownership of Rind Skin LLC's intellectual property, course materials, or educational content.
Professional Responsibility
Our trainings and educational materials are intended for professional education and informational purposes.
You are responsible for practicing within your own professional license, scope of practice, training, insurance requirements, and applicable state or local regulations.
Participation in a Rind Skin training does not guarantee licensure, certification, business results, income, client outcomes, or mastery of any technique.
Hands-On Training
Some trainings may include demonstrations, partner practice, facial massage, intraoral techniques, bodywork, or other hands-on education.
By participating, you acknowledge that hands-on techniques involve inherent risks and agree to communicate any relevant contraindications, medical concerns, injuries, sensitivities, or discomfort before or during participation.
You may decline participation in any hands-on portion of a training.
Scheduling & Attendance
For live trainings, workshops, consultations, or private sessions, your registration reserves time specifically for you.
Cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, and attendance policies provided on the applicable sales page, invoice, or training agreement will apply to your purchase.
Failure to attend does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Educational Results
Every practitioner, client, and business is different. Rind Skin LLC does not guarantee specific clinical, aesthetic, financial, professional, or business results from any training, technique, recommendation, or educational material.
You are responsible for how you apply the information provided.
Website & Technology
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and digital materials accurate and accessible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that third-party platforms will always operate without technical issues.
If a purchased digital product becomes permanently unavailable before access is provided, Rind Skin LLC may provide replacement access or another appropriate remedy.
Privacy & Communications
By purchasing from Rind Skin LLC, you consent to receiving transactional communications related to your order, training, access, scheduling, or account.
Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our privacy practices.
Limitation of Liability
